The Patriot Act Gone Wrong?
You decide. A 16 year old juvenile has been held now for well over two months by federal authorities, alleging that this boy called in repeated bomb threats via a computer calling software.
I can't say for sure as the specifics are not available due to a court imposed gag order. However, the FBI should be able to determine without doubt, what IP address and routing was used to facilitate this alleged crime.
If the facts as represented are true? Then the feds have some explaining to do IMO.
