The New American Tea Party And Your Future

For those who have been paying attention, there is a rising level of anger all across this nation of late. More so in the past six months in my experience than at any other time in recent memory. And the tempo of that anger has risen even higher in the weeks that have passed since the installation of our new president.

I truly believe that a good many Americans were duped into thinking than Barack Obama represented change for this country. but more importantly, I believe that a good many Americans believed that simply changing political philosophies in congress and the White House, would lead to dramatic reversals of the fortunes that everyday Americans saw creeping into their lives late last year.

Well that hasn't happened and personally I don't believe that it is going to happen. While there are those that believe that George Bush used the crisis of terrorism in America to take this country in a direction that it didn't deserve to go? I for one along with many others now know and realize that Barack Obama is now taking this country in a far worse direction that it definitely doesn't need to go.

He has and is using the economic crisis and recession as a spring board to justify the socialist expansion of government on a scale that has never been seen in this country before. Not even during FDR's new deal was the federal government expanded to the point that we are seeing now. And again during Lyndon Johnson's administration of the supposed great society, we never saw the mad rush of conversion and spending that we are presently witnessing coming out of Washington daily.


And I am here to tell you, that when you see the sitting members of congress and those in the media hardly blinking an eye over legislation that they know is in direct conflict with the US Constitution and patently illegal on it's face? Then it is time that the average American had better sit up and take notice. And more importantly, they had better sit up and take action. And they had better take that action soon. The AIG debacle of the past two weeks is just the most recent example of a system of government and management that has gone completely awry.

Congress knew what they were doing when they passed the stimulus package with the AIG bonuses included as did the White House. And they are now in the midst of nothing less than a power grab, they are enacting punitive legislation, designed solely and specifically to punish one group and retroactively change the law after the fact. Both actions being clearly prohibited by the US Constitution!but far worse and far more sinister IMO? It appears that this may have been a set up in preparation for the intended action.

Something needs to be done and the people of this country need to get involved doing it now IMO. If this AIG mess adn the subsequent punitive legislation imposed this week are by design as I believe them to be? Then you can count on more of the same spilling forth from the Obama dam in the weeks adn months to come. This nation will be taken head long into one perceived crisis after another and each time we will be told by congress that the best solution will be the implementation of further and further erosion of American rights and freedoms.

There are two movements afoot right now in this country that I whole heartedly endorse. One is Glenn Beck's "9/12 Project," a link to which can be found under the blog listings on this blog. The second is "The New American Tea Party" movement. Whose concept is fairly self explanatory IMO. At least for those of us who were properly taught our history before we saw our children taught to apologise for it.

And then hopefully consider becoming part of the solution to our salvation, as opposed to sitting on the sidelines and continuing to watch the demise of this nation.

The Disparate Realities of Idealism

I have sat back and observed for eight years the vitriolic angst of all who opposed the election of George W. Bush as president of this country. The first four years it was an endless stream of accusatory vulgarities seasoned liberally (pun intended) with wild eye accusations of a stolen election, and attempting to utilize fairness as if it were a realistic quantitative.

The US Constitution and the electoral college be damned! These were but mere archaic subterfuge and impediments to what was wrongfully wrestled away from the gleaming realities of liberalism! And as any fool knows, liberalism is the only truth and enlightened path to light our way through an unenlightened and unfair world.

Then again four years later, the wailing and gnashing of teeth could have been heard in the stillness of the Sea of Tranquility on the moon! These people simply didn't get it! And they didn't want to get it. They had lost again! There were no reasons justified or otherwise, for such a travesty of reason or for them to be denied once again that which was rightfully theirs! Meanwhile, they could easily envision a myriad of millions of reasons why those who did not share their unique political visions, should be denied any and all opportunities to express their political desires forever ad infinitum!.

And the recurring theme that seemed to settle in with these partisan angst filled liberal socialist democrats? Their money that was being spent! (not your money mind you, but "their money?) Their money that was being wasted on the war on terror! (which they had no desire to participate in) Which combined to produce the lack of fruitful pursuit of their own social agendas and the abject denial of billions of dollars of what they affectionately referred to as treasure! (their treasure not yours by the way).

That's right friends and neighbors. That is how they look at it. It's not your money, or your taxes, or your shared right of expectation of benefit or reward. It is simply put "treasure." And how all that treasure was being spent (wasted). And how President George W. Bush was racking up unprecedented deficits that would shackle our children to unbelievable amounts of debt for decades to come.

Now....fast forward to the present. Here we sit with our newly minted socialist president extraordinaire. And his presently congressionally supported budgets, combined with his congressionally supported stimulus packages? Each of which are guaranteeing us trillion dollar deficits for the next ten years. More than four times the amount of deficits that George Bush gave us during his best efforts to defend this nation from terrorism over the past eight years.

And just to think? Barack Obama is accomplishing all of this with no plans for expanded our military or any consideration for fighting future wars! Unless of course, you want to consider the full scale war that he has launched against American prosperity and democratic capitalism. The man is literally spending our money like a drunken sailor on a binge and assigning partisan cronies to cabinet positions as if there is no reasonable scrutiny or expectation of recompense to be paid for such frivolous actions.

No one has ever said it better IMO. And no one other than our present messianic socialist president has ever demonstrated it better in contemporary American history.

As each day passes, we stumble ever closer to the great abyss of abject economic collapse and we risk losing all that our forefathers promised their posterity and ours. We are reacting to the political lunacy and fiscal heresy of our present leadership, like drunken prom dates looking for the next glass of punch.

Time is short my friends and we are already so far down the pike that we may be irretrievably beyond the point of no return. But the question rightfully needs to be asked.....are we just going to sit by idly like lams to the slaughter? Or are we going to simply go out in a blaze of glory? By throwing our foot to the gas pedal and careening wildly on our last big binge before utter collapse and destruction?

Or are we as a people going to take a serious look at that tattered and faded document that has held so much promise and foresight and recognize that we are under siege and we need to react in the same fashion as out founding fathers would have inspired and challenged us to two centuries ago.

I say that it is time to take these bastards to task and demand that they fulfill and provide the leadership and service that they promised. Either that? Or we all need to grab a fiddle and join in to a hearty chorus of "Fire on the Mountain Run John Run!"

The Hero of Haditha.... NOT!

For those who may not remember, in November of 2005 there were a number of Iraqi civilians killed, when United States Marines responded to being fired upon and ambushed by a roadside IED which killed one Marine and wounded two others.

The Marines responded accordingly to the attack as they had been trained and according to the rules of engagement and the incident was properly reported to the chain of command in theater, but subsequently a reporter for Time magazine leveled unsubstantiated charges of murder and a military cover up against the Marines involved in the incident.

And before a proper military investigation could even be initiated to look into the allegations, much less completed or adjudicated fairly or properly, US congressman John Murtha (D Pa.) (a former US Marine colonel), branded the eight US Marines involved as murderers. This incident and Murtha's allegations were played out for weeks and months in the media.

Mean while the investigation took almost three years to conclude.

The investigation into the allegations and the initial courts martial of all charged have subsequently been concluded. Charges were filed against the Marines involved and all charges have subsequently been dropped and dismissed against all Marines involved and originally accused in this scandalous prosecution of our warrior heroes. Reason? The Marine Corps had no case to support court marshaling these Marines period!

But to this day, John Murtha has neither retracted his original allegations or apologized to these Marines that he condemned, for his snap judgments and unsupported allegations of murder against these Marines and the entire United States Marine Corps.

And IMO by default, against all who have ever worn the uniform of a United States Marine. (present company included)

And now the kicker.

Rep. John Murtha, D-Pa.

The U.S. Navy awarded U.S. Rep. John Murtha, D-Pa., its Distinguished Public Service Award, triggering an Internet campaign to have Navy Secretary Donald C. Winter withdraw it.

Murtha, who publicly accused U.S. Marines of cold-blooded murder in a firefight in Haditha, Iraq, and was caught on camera in the Abscam scandal appearing to negotiate a bribe, was honored by the Navy for his "selfless devotion to the Nation's Sailors and Marines."

The award credits him with making sure the military services "were provided the resources necessary to effectively conduct the Global War on Terrorism."

"His courageous leadership, vision, and loyalty to the men and women of the Department of the Navy greatly contributed to their quality of life and helped create the most modern and highly trained fighting force in history," the honor said.

As I have mentioned elsewhere today...."travesty" is not a big enough word to adequately cover the actions and accusations of congressman John Murtha in the Haditha incident.

Traitor is the word that comes to my mind. Specifically, giving aid and comfort to the enemies of this country. Via his direct and indirect support of those who regularly opposed and attempted to kill Marines like those who stood accused by the same John Murtha.

Impeachment is another word that comes to my mind when I hear the name John Murtha.

Specifically.....all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors ."

John Murtha is a walking high crime and misdemeanor in my opinion and I ask that all who become aware of this travesty of award by the US Navy, please challenge this award to John Murtha. And ask instead that he be given what he truly deserves, which is the condemnation and utter disdain of the American people.

Special Olympics? Who Needs Em? We Got The O Man!

There must be a lot of people that woke up this morning wondering what the hell their president was doing last night on the Tonight Show. I know that I was one.

Then I see where he has opened mouth and inserted foot and in doing so, should be in preparation of being lambasted for his gaffe. But that won't happen. The media will brush past this miscue of the messianic quicker than a kid recovering a dropped candy bar on the playground.

They will just as assuredly pick this one up and stick it in their pocket as that kid that hopes no one saw the bungled changing of hands of the precious Baby Ruth that bit the dust.

I have to admit, I didn't lose any sleep waiting for the messianic one to appear from behind Leno's curtains last night. But wasn't it the entertainment coup of the century for Jay? I mean the opportunity to sit across from the president on your your own stage and banter politics and humor and allow him to play straight man to your Tonight Show Writers? That must be right up there with Jay's car collection of sweet moments to be cherished for the rest of his life.

Meanwhile, the American people have to be sitting there shaking their heads and wondering what the hell was that?
At least those with more than two cells of gray matter to rub together must be thinking that.

Here is a clue....It's one thing to drop the coat and tie requirement for entrance to the Oval office. It's another thing to schedule regular Wednesday night cocktail parties at the White House for your posse. But to attempt to pitch your policies and questionable leadership skills to the people, while rubbing elbows with Jay Leno and gaffing your way through your appearance in the midst of a crashing economic crisis?

Well that will prove to be a bit more than the average American is willing to stomach in the long run. Especially as the days pass and the reality of the president's failed stimulus and disastrous pick to head the US Treasury continues to lead us down the path to destruction. The American people will fail to see the humor in it period at that point.

I am left to wonder and ponder one thing in the aftermath of last night's ground breaking appearance of President Barack Obama on the Tonight Show. I wonder what Bill Clinton thought and what his read of Obama's push polls will be this morning as a result of his obvious misstep in political gamesmanship and politically incorrect malfeasance.

I think that the master of playing the people (Bill Clinton) has to be chuckling up his sleeve as he reads the reviews this morning. Hell, he may even call Hillary and share the joke with her on TIVO before lunch today.

On a side note....Any other time and especially as it concerns former President Bush? Had George of even approached a politically incorrect gaffe of that magnitude that Obama spake last night, the youtube videos would already number in the thousands with celebratory laughter. As it is? There are several attempts posted presently, by those attempting to show the actual gaffe as Obama made it last night.

Problem is? None of the links are working. Only a small recap by Keith Obermann., who himself has to admit that this was a huge turd of a blunder on the part of the messianic one.

Who Is This Man

I would have never guessed it at first glance. But once you study the eyes, the identity of satan incarnate becomes apparent. At least to me.



If ever the pure and distilled essence of evil has ever walked this earth, then Charles Manson is that entity in my opinion. The day that this beast dies is the day than a large piece of evil will cease to exist in this world and hell will rejoice at the arrival of one of it's own.

LOS ANGELES — California corrections officials have released a new photograph of convicted mass murderer Charles Manson, who is now bald with a thick gray beard and a swastika scar in the middle of his forehead.

The photo of the 74-year-old Manson was taken Wednesday as part of a routine update of files on inmates at Corcoran State Prison, where he is serving a life sentence for conspiring to murder seven people, said Seth Unger, spokesman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

The cult leader was first sentenced to death for the 1969 murders of movie star Sharon Tate, coffee heiress Abigail Folger and three others stabbed and shot to death at Tate's home in Los Angeles. The next night, two others were stabbed to death at their homes.

The image was released to the Los Angeles Times because the newspaper requested a copy the next time it was taken.

Manson's co-defendants — Susan Atkins, Leslie Van Houten, Patricia Krenwinkel and Charles "Tex" Watson — were convicted with him after taking the stand and attempting to absolve him by admitting their own deadly deeds.

And keep your enemies closer.


That has been the wisdom passed down through the ages. But is that what America has been engaged in with the UN and the IMF and a myriad of other nasty little beasties for decades now?

Apparently so.

Apparently, there is a lot of inter-connective relationships that exist between America and all of these entities. and as long as we could keep them balanced and controlled to our best interest, the fact that we spent phenomenal amounts of money in the effort was secondary.

Well the problem now is, we don't have those phenomenal amounts of money to spend on these relationships any longer. and one of the main reasons that we don't, is that we have allowed our system to be systematically dismantled and the wealth passed along and redistributed to those who were once dependent upon us.

And now that they have seen that the great beast America is and can be weakened, they are coming after us in monetary ways that they know will result in our ultimate and timely demise.

Not the least of which is to further destabilize the dollar and the calls for an alternative currency that they (Europe and Asia) can agree upon while they feast over the bleached bones of what was once the greatest economic empire and monetary engine to have ever existed.

The writing is on the wall folks, as evidenced by news articles like this one.

LUXEMBOURG (Reuters) - A U.N. panel will next week recommend that the world ditch the dollar as its reserve currency in favor of a shared basket of currencies, a member of the panel said on Wednesday, adding to pressure on the dollar.

Currency specialist Avinash Persaud, a member of the panel of experts, told a Reuters Funds Summit in Luxembourg that the proposal was to create something like the old Ecu, or European currency unit, that was a hard-traded, weighted basket.

Persaud, chairman of consultants Intelligence Capital and a former currency chief at JPMorgan, said the recommendation would be one of a number delivered to the United Nations on March 25 by the U.N. Commission of Experts on International Financial Reform.

"It is a good moment to move to a shared reserve currency," he said.

Central banks hold their reserves in a variety of currencies and gold, but the dollar has dominated as the most convincing store of value -- though its rate has wavered in recent years as the United States ran up huge twin budget and external deficits.

Some analysts said news of the U.N. panel's recommendation extended dollar losses because it fed into concerns about the future of the greenback as the main global reserve currency, raising the chances of central bank sales of dollar holdings.

"Speculation that major central banks would begin rebalancing their FX reserves has risen since the intensification of the dollar's slide between 2002 and mid-2008," CMC Markets said in a note.

Russia is also planning to propose the creation of a new reserve currency, to be issued by international financial institutions, at the April G20 meeting, according to the text of its proposals published on Monday.

It has significantly reduced the dollar's share in its own reserves in recent years.

And regardless of whether America survives the interim economic crisis and recession, the days of America as the global leader and big stick of economic policy world wide are over.
