No matter who you are

"No matter who you are. No matter where you can came from. No matter what you look like. No matter whether your ancestors landed here on Ellis Island or came here on slave ships or came across the Rio Grande, we are all connected. We will rise and fall together. That's the vision of America I've got, that's the idea of the heart of America," President Obama said at a fundraiser in San Francisco.

"That's the idea of the heart of our campaign," Obama added.

I can't find a direct embed link for the video, so you will have to go here to see it and hear it.

In the same speech today, Obama can be heard telling supporters that his work is not finished. "It is gonna take more than a couple of years. It is gonna take more than one term to finish everything that we want to do."

Meanwhile in other news. president Obama decided today to give Pakistan 85 of our Predator drones. Apparently in response to their complaining that we have been using them to go after Al Qaeda in Pakistan. So, we give them 85 of these birds at 4.5 million a copy. I must have missed that in last weeks budget cutting discussions and department of defense mandated cuts.

U.S. to supply Pakistan with 85 mini-drones

It just keeps getting worse by the day.....
