Newt Gingrich parallels Obama care

This was reported tonight on NewsMax

Basically, Gingrich came out today and stated that he agrees with a federal mandate of health care. Or in essence, his version of Obama care. Which he adds: "should make Libertarians happy."

I am curious, I thought the Libertarians had their own party. So what is a supposed conservative republican doing, playing to the Libertarians? I suspect that these comments today are the beginning of the end of the Gingrich campaign for the presidency.

You can't win the presidency or the nomination running a parallel platform to the liberals Newt....
