The old adage "what's wrong with this picture" is very apropos to this idiot. As a matter of fact, there isn't a simple adjective to describe this woman. This the supposed 'mother' who took her five year old into a tanning bed and now she wants to lash out at everyone questioning her actions and she is calling them ugly. Have a look at this half baked arsehole and tell me honestly that the authorities should not intervene and they should just leave this lunatic to do whatever she wants to with these kids.
Some people should not be allowed to have children.
