The American flag means something special to those of us who have served under her or lost loved ones who have. When you disrespect an American flag, you are not just trashing a piece of cloth or a simple symbol. You are disrespecting all who have served and died under that flag and all those who permanently carry the scars of torn and dismembered bodies from their injuries. Think about that for a minute and then govern yourself according to your own spirit. America's veterans and their families will be watching.
