Difference of opinion is what makes the world go round

According to the Pima County sheriff, differences of opinion are what makes the world go round. Except of course when your opinion differs from his or other liberal democrats or the political talking points and politicians that he and they support.

I have to agree. There are consequences to 'this type of behavior.' Of course, the type of behavior that this sheriff is alluding to, is any behavior (Specifically speech) that is contrary to the best wishes and desires of liberals and democrats like himself.

Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, has spent the past forty eight hours speaking out against the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords and the other victims in Tucson and commenting on who 'he' thinks is responsible for the actions of Jared Loughner. (nothing like professional impartiality is there).
Specifically, (according to this sheriff) those engaged in vitriolic speech and those that he disagrees with. (I wonder who those folks might be?)

The sheriff has repeatedly returned to this same rhetoric and his belief in the need to throttle those speaking out against the government period. Since his first news conference immediately after the shooting, this has been the recurring theme. The rhetoric that the sheriff believes is being fermented by those with TV cameras and microphones, as they apparently are allowing those in opposition to his views to air their political perspectives and other viewpoints. And this is contributing to violence if you follow along with the sheriff's parallels of liberal reasoning.

The problem is that those the media are giving air time to, are the wrong people and thus these people are obviously responsible for creating the atmosphere for this type of violence to occur. I wonder how Sheriff Dupnik feels about those outlets that are covering his views and perspectives and how he is fermenting opinions and potential reactions with his words? Something tells me that he would approve of the coverage that he is getting.

So I wonder....could there be any truth to those accusations being made by the sheriff? There certainly seems to be in this instance. Right? Based upon the sheriff's own admission during this interview, evidence (a letter) has been found in the personal effects of Jared Loughner, indicating that he was going to "kill that expletive!" (indicating the congress woman).

And for those following the drama for the past two days in the media, it seems that the same Jared Loughner is the same person who posted threats to the congresswoman on The "Daily Kos" blog site. Comments that have subsequently been taken down and scrubbed by the site and replaced with their own mantra of demonizing their opposition.

And the information that is coming to light since the shooting, indicates that Jared Loughner was angry with the congresswoman over her vote against Nancy Pelosi to remain as House Speaker. Apparently Jared Loughner thought that congresswoman Giffords shouldn't have done that and that in doing so, that warranted him attempting to kill her.

So where is this vitriol that this sheriff has been speaking of continuously over the past forty eight hours? And who is it aimed at and who is addressing it to the media? Could it possibly be based on remarks like those of the president in some of his recent speeches? Where he has made remarks such as... "if they bring a knife? We bring a gun?" Or was it when the president made the remarks that he felt that he and his administration were at war with the opposition.

No, wait a minute. I believe I have heard something over the past two days about Sarah Palin. Yes, it was Sarah who posted those maps with cross hairs over congressional districts now wasn't it. Shame Shame! Never mind that the democrats have used the exact same graphics of cross hairs to attack republicans in the past or that they used them before Sarah Palin ever did.

No, you see it's different when it involves liberals and their perceptions now isn't it.

Slowly slowly catchy monkeys...... Watch closely as the tapestry is woven by the spiders of politically correct deceit.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew."

Then they came for me
and by that time no one was left to speak up.
~Pastor Martin Niemöller~

Make no mistake, they are coming. They are coming for those who cling to their guns and their bibles and they are coming for those who cling to the belief that they have a right to speak their minds and their convictions. They will continue to call what they themselves hate, hate speech. They will seek to convince us that they are only acting in our own best interest. They will seek to console us by telling us that this is the only fair way.

They will tell us that by giving up our firearms and our rights to speak out and our rights to assemble and out rights to criticize our government or others, that we are simply creating a safer world. They will tell us that the government will insure fairness and balance. Yeah....they will tell us.

You believe that too. Right?
