The Pandemic That Wasn't

The pandemic that wasn't. That should be the epitaph of this global example of paranoia IMO. Not even 100 confirmed dead, in a global population of over 6 billion.

In contrast, the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918/19, killed between 20-40 million. Global population? 1 Billion?

But the matter of concern to me, is why was this hyped so much and pushed to the brink of hysteria? Is there something hiding behind the media facade and purposeful panic that has been created and fostered over the past two weeks?

Some thing tells be...quite possibly. As always, the government know more than it is either releasing or admitting to. And if I were a betting man, I would make book that the government's of Mexico and the US were bhind this microbe and its release into the global environment.

I have wondered about that myself. Where'd this thing come from? And after our flu season was over. And after scaring the crap out of the world?

This thing is more of a whimper than a bang. you may be right, something else is up.
