That's right, now that the war has been won by American tenacity and blood, the Iraqis can't wait to have us homeward bound. That way they can get their own little meat hooks into the soft underbelly of the corrupt nation. A corrupt nation that will return to its history and radical Muslim roots, faster than a cur dog takes to eating its own turds.

I say? If that is what they want? Let's give it to them. And everyone will be happy all around. From the messianic one impersonating an American president, right down to the anarchist and America haters both here at home and abroad.

I say give them what the have longed for.

Iraq insists on US leaving cities by June 30

BAGHDAD (AP) - Iraq's government Monday ruled out allowing U.S. combat troops to remain in Iraqi cities after the June 30 deadline for their withdrawal, despite concern that Iraqi forces cannot cope with the security challenge following a resurgence of bombings in recent weeks.

Asking U.S. forces to stay in the cities, including volatile Mosul in the north, would be embarrassing for Iraq's prime minister, who has staked his political future on claims that the country has turned the corner in the war against Sunni and Shiite extremists.

There you have it. We certainly wouldn't want to either over stay our visit or do anything that might cause an embarrassment to the Iraqi PM. Regardless of whether they or he are competent to govern and control the waste land known as Iraq once we leave.

I just hope that everyone else remembers. I hope they remember what was lost by this nation to bring this spit of a country into the 21st century and who was responsible. Just as I hope that just as soon as Iraq returns to an Islamic militant staging point and cesspool for the gathering of the worst of the religion of peace, that they will remember who allowed that to happen and who was responsible for the real waste of American lives.

I know that I will remember.
