Apparently Fox News saw the correlation recently also.
Now, let's have a look at the latest Obama propaganda release.
The White House Tuesday argued President Barack Obama's "steady diplomacy" had made America stronger and renewed its moral authority despite "unprecedented challenges" in his first year in office.
Translation....we are still reeling from the evil empire of Bush and will continue to use that crutch for the next three years, regardless of how weak this president really is.
But the assessment, posted on the White House website, did not dwell on the lack of success garnered by one of Obama's top priority foreign policy drives, peace moves in the Middle East, and reflected a tougher tone on Iran.
"A year later, America is stronger because of the president's leadership," said Ben Rhodes, deputy national security advisor for strategic communications, in a White House blog post.
Translation....ever one stand back, while we try and tack this BS to the wall and attempt to make it believable. Leadership? What leadership? The man has coddled every enemy of this nation and thumbed his nose at every allie. Is that how we do it mr. president?
"The global economy has been pulled back from the brink of catastrophe. We are responsibly winding down the war in Iraq, and increasing our focus on Afghanistan and Pakistan."
Translation......pay no attention to those men behind the curtain, pulling the levers and repeating the big lie to the people. The economy is still in the ditch and everyone knows it. But we just won't tell them that and maybe they won't notice that they lost their job and their home.
As for Iraq? Well damn! I guess the Bush surge must have been a game changer, after all, so let's get out of there before the country can recover and maybe the terrorists will have a shot at coming back.
Meanwhile, lets pat ourselves on the ass and talk about all the glowing decisions that this president has made concerning losing the war in Afghanistan, while posing the possibility that American will expand the war into Pakistan. (pronounced "Poc is ston" by the chic like the president.)
And last but not least.....the spin machine attempts to lay claim to success in Afghanistan by virtue of the 30,000 surge in troops that the president finally approved, after sitting on his hands for more than three months after receiving the assessment on the war.
"By prohibiting torture and working to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay, we are denying Al-Qaeda a recruiting tool," said Rhodes, who has played an instrumental role in many of Obama's biggest foreign policy speeches.
Translation.....pay no attention to those two recent incidents at Ft. Hood and on the Detroit Christmas flight. Those were just anomalies and bear no consideration in the face of the president's glowing leadership.
Yep, it sure is a wonderful day in the neighborhood mr. president.

It's pretty sorry when they have to "pat themselves on the back" like this administration is forced to do... when all the while the rest of the world knows it's a crock...
Their looming election in Massachusetts has them scared to death... so they have to revert to this cock-a-mammy bull.
Their campaign up there can't even spell the name of the state correctly!
