Another Moment in Time, With Joe Biden

So, I am having my morning coffee and watching Good Morning America. And There is George Steps'on'his'cocalot, on GMA interviewing Sleepy Joe Biden. Somehow or another, they woke sleepy Joe up and got sleepy Joe dressed for a 7:30 am interview from his basement campaign HQ.

Steps'on'his'cocalot? Began by asking Biden about his knowledge of the FBI investigation against General Flynn, and what his thoughts were on the justice department's dismissal of the Mueller case against Gen. Flynn.

Sleepy Joe initially denied any knowledge of the investigation. Then when George came back to the fact that a memo has surfaced from Susan Rice, clearly indicating that Biden was there, in the oval office, while the president was being briefed about it? Biden backtracked and said he was confused. He thought he was asked if he was part of the investigation, which he of course wasn't

But yes, he was aware of it. Generally speaking. (pun intended)

Then sleepy Joe went on to cry over how the justice department has damaged the rule of law, by dismissing the Gen Flynn case. What Biden and the rest of that rogues gallery of democrats fail to note? Is that there is a standard of law that has not been employed in the Gen. Flynn case. Which is that the case should have been dismissed "with prejudice." Both to note that it can never be re-opened, and as a clear indication of the manner in which Gen. Flynn was prosecuted by the weaponized Obama FBI and justice department.

And since when is dismissing a case?  That was a concocted and baseless attempt to frame someone? Damage to the rule of law.  These people have absolutely no conceptual idea of what they are talking about. Or condemning and condoning. They all should be arrested and duck walked into a courtroom to answer for their crimes.

Sleepy Joe went on and on to decry how the president is using the Flynn case as a distraction. Saying that he should be focused on the country and the economy and the health of Americans. Yada, yada, yada. "He's just distracting! That's what he does!" "He distracts and diverts!

This was actually quite funny to me. As I immediately saw Biden's own deflections, distractions and diversions in the past and in the moment. Because democrats are masters of deflection and distraction and diversion and changing the subject. Not to mention their political theatrics.

If sleepy Joe Biden seriously believes that the president has failed to do something about the health of the country? Or the economy? During the "time of crisis?" Perhaps someone should play back the tapes for him? Or maybe remind him of when (he) sleepy Joe criticized the president for banning flights from China. Calling the president a racist and a xenophobe.

Or maybe someone should point out to sleepy Joe, that the president has repeatedly utilized the Defense Preparedness Act, to produce and obtain ventilators and PPE's to fight the virus. Or that he signed a 2.5 TRILLION DOLLAR stimulus package, to aid Americans who have been financially ruined by this crisis? While the democrats salted the same bill chock full of pork for the Kennedy Center and other funding of the "arts." Taking food off the table and out of the mouths of millions in the process. But these are the political trade offs, that apparently must be done? Or else nothing ever gets done in Washington.

Or maybe sleepy Joe may recall where the president had daily Corona Virus Task Force meetings and news briefings. Or how the president stood for hours daily, answering endless and repetitious questions, hurled by the ambush media. A media who's only intent has always been to have their gotcha moments. And what about the president's numerous personal meetings with CEO's of major banks and major corporations, throughout this crisis? Trying to do everything he could to insulate and rejuvenate the nation and the economy.

Or perhaps sleepy Joe remembers the dozens and dozens of calls the president has fielded both individually and as a group, from America's mayors. He has probably held several hundred of them by this point in time.

And what exactly has sleepy Joe been doing during this time of crisis? Well by his own admission to George this morning? He has been hunkered in. Sitting in his basement, "setting an example for Americans."

I would say that sleepy Joe is akin to and reminds me of Pee Wee Herman, but in truth? Pee Wee Herman is more of an intellect that sleepy Joe.

I call him sleepy Joe? Because it is the most fitting descriptor. Joe is tired. You can see it in his eyes and in his face. His thoughts are tired and his ideas are tired. I don't believe sleepy Joe has had any original thoughts in several years. Listening to his consistent stammer and rambling? I honestly believe that the man is at the cusp of what was once affectionately referred to as senility.

He is definitely not the person I want to see in the Oval office setting policy for this nation. Because in truth? He will be very similar to the grumpy old puppet (Walter) that so many people came to associate him with years ago. They literally cold pass for brothers, physically and in persona.

So have at it sleepy Joe. Only six more months to go before the finale. Choose wisely. Because should you win? (and you won't), you will want to be able to seem comfortable? With your VP's hand up your ass, working your mouth for you. Maybe Walter could give you a few tips.
