Dozens of statutory authorities become available to any president when national emergencies are declared.

Admit nothing, deny everything, and launch counter allegations.  That is the operational methodology of the American democrat party and their complicit media daily.  And there is no better recent example of that ploy at play and in action, than this article published by AP.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The day he declared the COVID-19 pandemic a national emergency, President Donald Trump made a cryptic offhand remark.
Trump wasn’t just crowing. Dozens of statutory authorities become available to any president when national emergencies are declared. They are rarely used, but Trump last month stunned legal experts and others when he claimed — mistakenly — that he has “total” authority over governors in easing COVID-19 guidelines.

At no time has the president attempted to utilize any emergency power to lord over this nation or its people.  What he has done?  Is to declare a national state of emergency. For the sole purpose of qualifying all of the states?  To come to the congressional candy store for something to suckle on. Oh?  Yeah, there has been money identified for the jobless and small businesses and companies to pay their payrolls.  But there were also hundreds of billions in democrat pork in that bill.
And there will be more in the three trillion dollar bill they passed yesterday.

Therefore, they must launch counter allegations!👍

But meanwhile?  Just what is it that the left and their puppet media are concerned about the president's emergency powers.  Before the president was sworn in?  The great fear was:

"OMG! He will have the nuclear launch codes!"

Just another example of media bloviation and over reaction and the purposeful and continual shit stir by the media. Which are no different that these new supposed concerns about what terrible emergency powers might the president be preparing to utilize.

I can't speak for everyone else?  But from my vantage point and my observations?

It is not the president who has used or intends to abuse any shocking new emergency powers.  However, the same cannot be said for these rogue and power drunk governors in, California, Michigan, Virginia, Wisconsin or Washington State or the others.

Hollywood likes to create new reality series?

And one of their all time favorites has been Meet The Kardasians..

I Think they ought to create a new one and call it Meet The Draconians.

Starring Gavin Newsome. Gretchen Whitmer, Tony Evers, Ralph Northam, Mike Dewine,
Jared Polis and others.

Each of them have created and executed emergency powers that should have rang bells and sirens in the media weeks ago. But when it comes to partisan politics?  The media is predictable, if nothing else.  When Governor Bryan Kemp announced that he was lifting Georgia's lock down restrictions?  He was branded as a heretic by the media at large.  Yet when the Colorado governor made the same announcement the same week?

Not a peep out of the media. Why?   Well the Colorado governor is a democrat.

And naturally, in the eyes of the media, democrats can do no wrong.  One look at the current sexual misconduct allegations against Joe Biden reflect that.  Not one single word of question or condemnation?  From the over 100 celebrities that swarmed to shame and pummel Brett Kavanaugh.  But with sleepy Joe?  The only response from the leftist celebrities has been?

"Yeah, but that was different." "We believe Joe."

So watch for more of these emergency powers of the president scare articles now.  Saber rattling of the great fears that President Trump will do something psychotic. That he will create some here to fore, never before seen emergency power. A power that does not exist and has never existed.

Hell's Bells!  President Trump may decide to use nuclear weapons against Corona virus hot spots!

Yes!  It could happen!

Millions of virus cells?  Wiped out in an instant.

And if he were to target New York? or LA?

The strike would probably also take out significant amounts of Covid 19 too.

Just saying. ;-)

Trump’s emergency powers worry some senators, legal experts
