More Stonewalling by The Obama Administration

It's pretty simple. Those involved in investigations of public scandal surrounding the violations of American citizens rights, specifically their first amendment rights, should not be allowed to hide behind self incrimination protections concerning their knowledge and involvement in government wrong doing.

If this woman has done nothing wrong? If she has told the truth? If she has answered congress' questions previously, honestly and truthfully? Then why is she stonewalling and hiding now? She needs to be held in contempt of congress and jailed until she is willing to come clean about what she knows. It's as simple as that.

I Have Not Done Anything Wrong'

"I have not done anything wrong," she said. "I have not broken any laws. I have not violated any IRS rules or regulations. And I have not provided false information to this or any other congressional committee." Lerner adds that she invoke her 5th Amendment right and "will not answer any of the questions or testify today"
