Napolitano Admits She Hasn't Read Arizona Immigration Law in 'Detail'
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano admitted Monday that she has not read the controversial Arizona immigration law even though she's gone on television to criticize it, and continued to assert that it was "bad law enforcement law."Well there you have it friends and neighbors, looks like the president's most favored don't ask don't tell policy, involves an issue and policy near and dear to his heart. And apparently near and dear to the heart of his attorney general and his homeland security director.
The admission comes after Attorney General Eric Holder, who earlier warned the law could create a "slippery slope" toward racial profiling, told a House committee last week that he had not read the bill either. On Tuesday, State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley said he too had not read the bill, even as he defended diplomatic official Michael Posner for comparing the law to Chinese human rights violations.
Anyone want to take house odd that if you could get the president to tell the truth? That he would have to admit that he too hasn't read the bill that he and everyone in his administration have been criticizing?
This is who is leading this nation now. A Fabian socialist president and a gaggle of assembled ideologues, ranging from the garden variety enamoured socialist, to out right Marxist. And not that many people in America seem to care one way or another.
The bottom line, Obama and his entire administration have railed against the Arizona law since it was signed into law a month ago. And yet not the first one of them has read it. Not event he attorney general who has gone on record and stated that he will file suit to stop it.
So you tell me, is that not a classic example of 'don't ask don;t tell?' Because until that one reporter decided to ask that question last week of Eric Holder? No one had bothered to determine anything other than the political persuasion of those involved when it came to Arizona's new law.
For those interested, below is a link to the pdf file of the law in it's entirety.
I can say something that apparently no one in the Obama administration can, or at least are willing to admit to. And that is that I have read the law.
