 The pledge of allegiance in Arabic. That's what we need alright. We need to be fair. We need to be tolerant. We need to embrace multiculturalism. We need to abandon our own identity and our own heritage. After all, that is what's fair right?

The Path to Surrender

 A more direct plan to citizenship? How about a more direct plan for the total surrender and subjugation of American law. How about a complete surrender of the rights of American citizens and the complete surrender of our nation to invaders who have absolutely no right to be here. The democrats and Obama are doing nothing but attempting to bolster their ranks with those who will now be brought in to vote for more of the same socialism from the already bare cupboard of America.

What most Americans don't realize is that liberals are also bolstering the forces that will ultimately be brought to bear against this nation and them when civil unrest and chaos arrive upon the collapse of our republic.

I now see the race war that many have predicted for generations, only this race war won't be blacks against whites and vice versa. This race war will be Hispanics against blacks and by last count, the Latins and Hispanics have the advantages of numbers.

Obama is setting the stage for a race war in America people and you had better wise up to that reality. It is all part of the master plan to reduce this nation to ashes. 

Obama Immigration Plan: More Direct Path to Citizenship Than Senate's

President Barack Obama is expected to lay out his principles for immigration reform in a speech in Las Vegas today that will include a potentially quicker path to citizenship than the bipartisan plan a group of senators unveiled earlier this week.
The president will offer some new details about the White House's immigration reform plan, which expands on a blueprint it released in 2011, a senior administration official told ABC News. But for now Obama will stop short of offering his own piece of legislation because of the progress made by the Senate "Gang of Eight."

The White House has sounded positive notes about the Senate group's plan thus far, but the specifics that Obama announces are expected to have some key differences that might cause concern for some Republican senators who have signed onto the senate deal.
Like the senators' plan, Obama's proposal calls for a pathway to citizenship for many of the 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the U.S. The senators' plan would grant "probationary legal status" immediately to eligible undocumented immigrants, but would not allow them to apply for permanent legal status, or a green card, until the border is deemed to be secure. Think of that as a trigger system.

Nothing to fear folks. "Its only a drill!"

The US Army engaged in a "multi agency" training exercise in an urban setting, but no worries folks, its only a drill.

Right... so when did the Army or any other part of our military begin urban warfare exercises inside American cities? And for what purposes?

People have been calling police, as well as our newsroom, saying they're hearing gunshots in the area of Scott and Airport. It turns out, the Army says, it's a multi-agency training drill. They're doing it at the old Carnegie High School.
Helicopters were also involved. The Army isn't giving any details of what the training is about.
So if you see the helicopters or hear gunfire, it's only a drill.

More Sheriffs speaking out

A growing number of American sheriffs are speaking out and telling the people the truth. Including the truth that the people do not have to sit passively and await becoming a victim. Including the truth that the people do not have to sit passively and surrender their rights to this imperialist presidency.

These sheriffs need to be embraced, supported and thanked for their truthfulness and their desire to truly uphold the principles of both their offices and the constitution.

Sheriff who urged residents to learn how to use firearms blasts mayor's 'Dirty Harry' criticism

A sheriff who urged Milwaukee-area residents in a radio ad to learn to handle firearms so they can defend themselves is dismissing pointed criticism from the city's mayor -- calling the mayor's response "weak" and telling Fox News "my job is to protect the public."
Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke Jr. stirred controversy after releasing a 30-second radio ad saying budget cuts have hurt officers' ability to respond.
"With officers laid off and furloughed, simply calling 911 and waiting is no longer your best option," he said in the ad. "You can beg for mercy from a violent criminal, hide under the bed, or you can fight back. ... Consider taking a certified safety course in handling a firearm so you can defend yourself until we get there."
Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett lashed out at the ad. His office said in a statement: "Apparently Sheriff David Clarke is auditioning for the next Dirty Harry movie."
Clarke, in an interview Monday with Fox News, brushed off the criticism.
"Personally I've never seen the Dirty Harry movie -- but if that's all the mayor can come up with, that's pretty weak," he said. "I think that what's going on in the city of Milwaukee on his watch is kind of, you know -- it looks like he doesn't have much to say, he doesn't have much to offer and that's okay.
"My job is to protect the public," he said.

11 Million criminals to be come legal

If you are  a criminal in America bent on getting away with the crime? All you have to do is wait them out. Eleven million criminals, (I mean undocumented workers) are about to get their wish to become full fledged Americans, entitled to all the handouts and all the benefits and all the programs.

Bipartisan group of 8 senators reaches deal on immigration changes

A bipartisan group of eight senators plans to announce they have agreed on a set of principles for comprehensive immigration reform.
The deal, which will be announced at a news conference Monday afternoon, covers border security, guest workers and employer verification, as well as a path to citizenship for the 11 million illegal immigrants already in this country.
The eight senators expected to endorse the new principles are Democrats Charles Schumer of New York, Dick Durbin of Illinois, Robert Menendez of New Jersey and Michael Bennet of Colorado; and Republicans John McCain of Arizona, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marco Rubio of Florida and Jeff Flake of Arizona.
According to documents released early Monday, the senators will call for accomplishing four main goals:
--Creating a path to citizenship for the estimated illegal immigrants already in the U.S., contingent upon securing the border and better tracking of people here on visas.
--Reforming the legal immigration system, including awarding green cards to immigrants who obtain advanced degrees in science, math, technology or engineering from an American university.
--Creating an effective employment verification system to ensure that employers do not hire illegal immigrants.
--Allowing more low-skill workers into the country and allowing employers to hire immigrants if they can demonstrate they couldn't recruit a U.S. citizen; and establishing an agricultural worker program.

The problems are obvious, which makes the lack of action by our leaders morally unconscionable. After the killings at Sandy Hook elementary in Newtown, Conn., Wayne LaPierre, the executive vice psident of the NRA, said “the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.” [2] That statement is at the heart of the problem of gun violence in America today because it is morally mistaken, theologically dangerous, and religiously repugnant.

The world is not full of good and bad people; this is not what our scriptures teach us. We are, as human beings, capable of both good and evil. When we are isolated or angry or furious or vengeful or politically agitated or confused or lost or deranged or unhinged – and we have the ability to get and use weapons specifically designed to kill large numbers of people – our society is in great danger.

This biblical truth about human nature is why stronger protections are needed that would require background checks for everyone purchasing guns and ban military-style assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition clips.

Tell the NRA leadership to end their dangerous idolatry of guns and support sensible gun restrictions.

This is about more than politics. The NRA’s theology is dangerous and idolatrous. It is time for people of faith, especially pastors and parents, to challenge their bad theology that threatens our children.

For whatever reason/s, Saxby Chambliss' decision to not seek reelection is a decision made not in a void and not absent the realities that the citizens of Georgia  displeasure with his representation, has weighed heavily and set the stage for a substantial primary challenge in the coming season.

While Chambliss has not been a full blown RINO, his actions and inaction while in the senate have certainly placed him in the 'do nothing' camp of supposed conservatives who talk a good game but actually never do anything substantial to support their positions or contentions of being republicans.

Based upon Georgia's changing demographics, the republicans may very well lose this seat in the senate next season, however, Chambliss' presence there has not been a source of comfort for conservatives in Georgia for quite a while. Personally, I would rather battle the enemy I can see. The one standing right in front of me, than have to shadow box with someone that tells me they are on my side and yet never performs to the expectations of the voters or their campaign promises.

Georgia Sen. Saxby Chambliss said Friday he will not seek a third term next year, expressing deep frustration with Washington gridlock that he doesn't see changing in a divided government.
Chambliss, 69, rejected suggestions he couldn't have survived a likely GOP primary fight with the tea party, insisting he has a proud conservative record and noting he received more votes than any other statewide official in Georgia history in 2008.
Instead, he cited his frustration with both Democratic President Barack Obama and the lack of meaningful legislation in Congress.
"The debt-ceiling debacle of 2011 and the recent fiscal-cliff vote showed Congress at its worst, and sadly, I don't see the legislative gridlock and partisan posturing improving anytime soon," Chambliss said. "For our nation to be strong, for our country to prosper, we cannot continue to play politics with the American economy.
His strong words of disappointment echoed those of former Maine Sen. Olympia Snowe, who also complained about the partisan divide and Washington dysfunction in announcing she wouldn't run again last year.

Court rules against Obama and in favor of the constitution

 

Of barn doors and cows. Closing a barn door after the cows are gone serves little point for this administration. What are the ramifications of a three court panel ruling against Obama;s recess appointments. It would seem that they have declared his actions unconstitutional and therefore, the ruling prohibits any further actions by this president. It would seem. But nothing is ever as it seems with this administration.

We already have an attorney general who has broken every law imaginable and repeatedly thumbed his nose at the US Congress attempting to investigate hi and his actions in office. So I don't see Obama or any of his other thug appointees giving a rat's rump for this court or any other. The man is already ruling by caveat and decree and it would appear that the best that the courts havce to offer is action months and years after the fact.

Perhaps halfway through his second term we will get a court ruling that his executive orders are a violation. In the mean time, he and his followers will enforce them and force them down the American people's throats.

American cannot suffer waiting until this man is out of office and the points are moot to address the illegalities and the abject and flaunted violations of the constitution and the people's constitutionally protected rights.

Obama recess appointments unconstitutional, court

In a case freighted with major constitutional implications, a federal appeals court on Friday overturned President Obama’s controversial recess appointments from last year, ruling he abused his powers and acted when the Senate was not actually in a recess.
The three-judge panel’s ruling is a major blow to Mr. Obama. The judges ruled that the appointments he made to the National Labor Relations Board are illegal, and the board no longer has a quorum to operate.
But the ruling has even broader constitutional significance, with the judges arguing that the president’s recess appointment powers don’t apply to “intrasession” appointments — those made when Congress has left town for a few days or weeks.
The judges signaled the power only applies after Congress has adjourned a session permanently, which in modern times usually means only at the end of a year. If the ruling withstands Supreme Court scrutiny, it would dramatically constrain presidents in the future.
And the court ruled that the only vacancies that the president can use his powers on are ones that arise when the Senate is in one of those end-of-session breaks. That would all but eliminate the list of positions the president could fill with his recess powers.
But the court said in the ruling that its duty was not to speed up government, but to hold to constitutional principles.
“If some administrative inefficiency results from our construction of the original meaning of the Constitution, that does not empower us to change what the Constitution commands,” the judges wrote.

Feinstein pushing for a ban and registration

 
Diane Feinstein's proposal makes no bones about it. They are coming four our guns. Regardless of what the elitist such as Feinstein and Obama have said in the past, they now see this moment as their golden opportunity to do what they have wanted to do for decades.

Feinstein's proposal may seem innocuous and aimed at all the common sense reasoning that any liberal can muster for the argument, but the reality is something quite different. Not only are they seeking an outright ban on everything they consider assault weapons, including handguns, but they also want everything else that is existing registered and the owners finger printed.

So that once accomplished, they will know precisely where to come when they move to the next level of their desire concerning firearms, which is utter and complete confiscation of all weapons. I sincerely hope that the American people aren't buying these lies and propaganda and that they are not prepared to stand idly by while their rights and constitutionally protected freedoms as citizens are slowly legislated away.

Rights once lost are only regained with blood.

Sen. Feinstein ready to introduce new ban on assault weapons

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) will introduce a bill banning assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition clips on Thursday.

Feinstein’s bill will expand the criteria for classifying military-style assault weapons from a 1994 law, which lapsed a decade later. Her new measure will ban the sale of about 150 types of firearms, including some rifles and handguns, as well as the sale of high-capacity magazines, according to USA Today.

The bill will exempt firearms used for hunting and will grandfather in guns and magazines owned before the law’s potential enactment. However, the grandfathered weapons will be logged in a national registry.

What Difference Does It Make?

Really? Please tell me that after months of dodging this appearance before the Senate foreign affairs committee investigating the Bengazi TERRORIST ATTACKS! That Hillary Clinton brought more to the committee than her flippant attitude and her adversarial assertions of "what difference does it make" when questioned about the importance of the facts involving this investigation.

It makes a helluva lot of difference madam secretary. Four Americans are dead and they are dead because of failures of this administration and failures of the US State Department that you were charged with overseeing. Yes madam secretary, it makes a helluva lot of difference and you are equally culpable.

The same as it is equally important to recognize precisely what motivated and precipitated these attacks, as opposed to flippantly asserting that it makes no difference and we should not concern ourselves with why it happened and simply focus on those responsible. What unbelievably irresponsible responses in the face of the gravity of these attacks.

Try giving that response to the families of the survivors madam secretary. Tell them that it doesn't make any difference why their loved ones died. Madam secretary? Please....take your faux emotions and your adversarial and combative responses and park them where the sun don't shine, as I and millions of other Americans want answers. We want the truth. We want to know of the culpability and the responsibility and we will know. We already know, but getting those responsible to admit their guilt is the problem isn't it madam secretary.

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and Leon Panetta and that entire corrupt and infinitely incapable cabinet and administration are responsible for the deaths of those brave Americans. America knows it and you damn well know it too.

This woman sickens me as does her boss. She is a prostitute to egalitarian secular humanistic socialism just like the rest and she does not give a damn about those who die or those who remain in harm's way while serving this nation.

Hillary Clinton should be tarred and feathered with the rest of these interloping Fabian socialist who occupy our capitol and our government. Traitors one and all.

The Obama Lincoln Connection

 It is literally getting to the point where the networks and editors should be providing paper towels to their staff so that they can clean them selves after they roll in ecstasy and the after glow of sexual culmination over Barack Obama.

Looks like Chris Matthews was having those electrical pulses up and down his leg again today. I am all but sure that he ruined his trousers while in the throws of orgasmic palpatations.

I have written blogs in the past few weeks covering how these lap dogs have been setting the stage for this for weeks. Inauguration on the King Holiday, with the King Bible!  Akin to the Gettys burg address!

I sincerely hope that I and others are not in the minority at being offended by these comparisons to the Gettysburg Address or Lincoln for that matter. This interloping imposter has no more right to claim kinship with our 16th president, than he does to claim credit for success on any level during his first term.

The country is in no better shape than it was four years ago on any measure. Not economy, jobs, domestic or foreign policy. And this straw man of a president, certainly hasn't seen us through any scathing war such as Lincoln did. however, the one accurate comparison to Lincoln may still be in the offing. Abraham Lincoln brought this nation to war, then oversaw four of the most terrible and bloody years of our history to date. Personally, I don't think that Barack Obama is too far from achieving a repeat of that history.

Only this time, there will be no greatness associated with it. As this time, there won't be anyone left to write that history.

 Chris Matthews: Obama Second Inaugural Akin to Gettysburg Address

Barack Obama is perhaps the only modern president who has had the burden of swatting away comparisons between his own soaring rhetoric and that of our 16th president. You may recall that, in the wake of the Newtown massacre, Pulitzer Prize–winning reporter David Maraniss gushed over the president’s remarks, writing, “People will long remember what Barack Obama said in Newtown,” and calling the speech “[Obama's] Gettysburg address.”

Today, thanks to MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, it took less than five minutes for the comparison to be drawn between President Obama’s second inaugural address and, well, all manner of things Lincoln. “It reminds me of another second inaugural, Lincoln’s, so much of Lincoln in that speech, from the Gettysburg Address to the second inaugural itself,” Matthews said. “He talked about the government that we want, which is infrastructure, education, regulation, all the good things, and then recognizing that government can’t solve all the problems.”
Hey, credit where credit’s due. The president did refer to “blood drawn by the lash and blood drawn by the sword”; his remarks were concise, much like the Gettysburg Address; and this was a second inaugural . . . just like Lincoln’s second inaugural. Lincolnian, indeed.

Biden's hearing isn't all that is far fetched

 And this is Obama's go to guy for gun control. Biden is a liar, just like his boss and 98% of the other politicians in Washington. The man and this administration disgust me.

Biden’s claim of brush with gun massacre questioned

Vice President Joseph R. Biden’s claim that he heard the gunshots of a 2006 school massacre while playing golf is raising questions about his veracity or his memory.
Mr. Biden told a meeting of mayors in Washington Thursday that he was about a quarter-mile away from an Amish schoolhouse on Oct. 2, 2006, when a gunman shot and killed five students and wounded five others.
“I happened to be literally — probably, it turned out, to be a quarter of a mile [away] at an outing when I heard gunshots in the woods,” Mr. Biden recounted. “We didn’t know … we thought they were hunters.”
But a search of maps of the area in Lancaster County, Pa., shows the nearest golf course to the site of the shooting, Moccasin Run Golf Club, is about five miles away. Rodney King, the golf pro at Moccasin Run, said Friday he was working at the course on the day of the shooting and never saw Mr. Biden, who was then a U.S. senator.
“There’s a lot of things here that I find hard to believe,” Mr. King said. “I looked in my database, and he [Mr. Biden] is not in my database.”
Even if Mr. Biden had played at the course that day, Mr. King said, “It’s very far-fetched that he would have heard it.”

Obama Lowest Rated

Barack Obama had the lowest approval rating of any president since WWII, which is pretty much how long they have been keeping score. His approval rating is barely above that of Jimmy Carter's and Gerald Ford, yet they were voted out of office and he was re-elected to a second term. 

Go figure? Not really. Ford and Carter didn't have the media in their lap and on a short leash. Neither of them had a complicit media willing to overlook their failures and inadequacies. Both were left to be judged by the people unencumbered by the influences of  a manipulative media.

Can the same be said of Obama.   Nope!  Barack Obama is the first president in American history to have his own private/public propaganda bureau and he is using it to the fullest extent possible.  

Obama Averages 49% Approval in First Term

 President Barack Obama averaged 49.1% job approval during his first term in office, among the lowest for post-World War II presidents. Only Jimmy Carter and Gerald Ford had lower job approval averages. Obama's first-term average is most similar to Bill Clinton's. Lyndon Johnson, John Kennedy, and Dwight Eisenhower were the most popular first-term presidents.

 

 

I watched this on the Barret Jackson auction last night and I was struck by awe and nostalgia. I could see me bidding on this car if I was in that league of wealth. what a great piece of Americana.

The original 19-foot-long black, bubble-topped car used in the 1960s "Batman" TV show sold at auction Saturday.
The Barrett-Jackson Auction Co. in Scottsdale, Ariz., revealed the selling price but says the winning bidder has not been disclosed.
The car's owner -- auto customizer George Barris, of Los Angeles -- transformed a one-of-a-kind 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car into the sleek crime-fighting machine. It boasted lasers and a "Batphone" and could lay down smoke screens and oil slicks.
The iconic car was used by Adam West who starred as the Caped Crusader and by Burt Ward, his sidekick Robin known for exclamations beginning with --"Holy."

Inquiring mind want to know

 OK, so let's recap.  Muslim terrorists seized a oil and gas production pipeline facility in Algeria last week. The hostages that the terrorists hadn't already killed, were killed by the special forces sent to rescue them.  Or at least they died somehow in the ensuing battle. 

And now our president, wants a "fuller understanding" of what happened.

I think it is about time that the American people got a fuller understanding of just who this interloper in the white house is.  

Obama seeks "fuller understanding" of what happened in Algeria siege

 President Barack Obama offered on Saturday to provide any assistance the Algerian government needs after a deadly hostage siege at a desert gas plant and said the United States was seeking a "fuller understanding" from Algerian authorities of what took place there.

"The thoughts and prayers of the American people are with the families of all those who were killed and injured in the terrorist attack in Algeria," Obama said in his first comments on the hostage crisis.
Obama's written statement was issued by the White House after the Algerian army carried out a dramatic final assault to end a siege by Islamist militants in which 23 hostages were killed, many of them believed to be foreigners.
The statement made no mention of Americans who were caught up in the hostage crisis. One American has been confirmed dead, and a source close to the crisis said two Americans were among those freed as the Algerian army closed in.
Some Western governments had expressed frustration at not being informed of the Algerian authorities' plans to storm the remote complex, but U.S. officials had remained cautious in their comments as the situation unfolded.
"The blame for this tragedy rests with the terrorists who carried it out," Obama said. "We have been in constant contact with Algerian officials and stand ready to provide whatever assistance they need in the aftermath of this attack."

 

 

 

The proposals don't work and they are bad policy

 

Sound familiar? I have yet to see anything that this president has proposed that isn't a proven failure and a bad policy. Socialism has been a proven failure for over one hundred years, but the little drummer keeps beating the drum. 

Obama high on his own power

Republican senator Ted Cruz of Texas said Thursday that Barack Obama is "high on his own power" with regard to the president's announced efforts on gun control. Speaking on Laura Ingraham's radio talk show, Cruz, who was just elected to the Senate last November, said "this is a president who has drunk the Kool-Aid."
"He is feeling right now high on his own power, and he is pushing on every front, on guns," Cruz said. "And I think it's really sad to see the president of the United States exploiting the murder of children and using it to push his own extreme, anti-gun agenda. I think what the president is proposing and the gun control proposals that are coming from Democrats in the Senate are, number one, unconstitutional, and number two, they don't work. They're bad policy."
Cruz told Ingraham that he does not believe Obama will be successful in passing gun control legislation and that the political ramifications of pursuing such laws could be bad for Democrats.

Obama's health care angle on guns

Below is a report on the primer that the White House is submitting for review and signing into law via one of the twenty three executive orders that Obama signed today.  Read this carefully and note, these proposals have absolutely no validity in preventing so called gun violence.

These provisions are nothing short of deputizing doctors to become intelligence officers for the Obama administration. There is nothing in this proposal that would have prevented the Sandy Hook shootings.

This is nothing more than an oblique intelligence gathering mechanism to begin the early stages of registration and confiscation of guns by the government.  Every American should be on the phone and firing off emails today to their representatives seeking protection from this president and his usurpation of the constitution and the bill of rights.  Not to mention the questions that are immediately raised concerning HIPPA jaw and the disclosure of privileged patient information.

According to a background briefer provided by the White House, President Barack Obama is asking doctors to help deal with guns. Here's the relevant passage:

PRESERVE THE RIGHTS OF HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS TO PROTECT THEIR PATIENTS AND COMMUNITIES FROM GUN VIOLENCE: We should never ask doctors and other health care providers to turn a blind eye to the risks posed by guns in the wrong hands.
 Clarify that no federal law prevents health care providers from warning law enforcement authorities about threats of violence: Doctors and other mental health professionals play an important role in protecting the safety of their patients and the broader community by reporting direct and credible threats of violence to the authorities. But there is public confusion about whether federal law prohibits such reports about threats of violence. The Department of Health and Human Services is issuing a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits these reports in any way.
 Protect the rights of health care providers to talk to their patients about gun safety: Doctors and other health care providers also need to be able to ask about firearms in their patients’ homes and safe storage of those firearms, especially if their patients show signs of certain mental illnesses or if they have a young child or mentally ill family member at home. Some have incorrectly claimed that language in the Affordable Care Act prohibits doctors from asking their patients about guns and gun safety. Medical groups also continue to fight against state laws attempting to ban doctors from asking these questions. The Administration will issue guidance clarifying that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit or otherwise regulate communication between doctors and patients, including about firearms.

Obama moves the goal post again

So much for open government, transparency or anything else this president has promised or eluded to for the last five years. He is proceeding as he always intended to proceed and thus he intends to do as he damn well pleases and the rest of the country can kiss off. Meanwhile, the edia rubber stamps his every move and coos like stroked cats any tie he glances in their direction.

The bottom line, Americans don't need to humor these interloping anarchist in Washington with petitions of 100,000 or more, the American people need to start putting a hundred thousand people on Pennsylvania ave in front of the White House.

Barack Obama and his minions have no intention of honoring the desires of the American people or addressing their petitions. This regime is going to continue the systematic dismantling of this country, its laws and its heritage and unless the people stop it, it will all fall withing the next four years.

We have an imposter in the office of the president. We have an anti American sitting in the oval office. We have a man bent on the destruction of America occupying  "our house" and something needs to be done about it by "we the people." Before it is too late.

This president is pushing this nation toward economic collapse, chaos and anarchy, combined with his on desire to be the supreme  ruler in the aftermath of a bloody civil war that he is bringing about. It will take more than petitions to stop this man and the influence of those backing and supporting him in the shadows.

The American people will have to take to the streets and the founding fathers intended. The people don't need to write letters or sign petitions, they need to go to the white house in mass, bang on the gates and doors and tell this imposter that he is fired.

White House now requires ‘We the People’ petitions to have 100,000 signatures for official response

President Barack Obama’s deputies have quadrupled the number of signatures that petitioners on the administration’s “We the People” website must collect to get an official response from the White House, following a series of popular, provocative and disrespectful signature drives by his critics.
Some of the petitions sought approval for states to secede after Obama’s re-election, while others called on the White House to disavow executive orders that restrict gun rights, or to deport CNN’s British-born, progressive host Piers Morgan.
“Starting today, as we move into a second term, petitions must receive 100,000 signatures in 30 days in order to receive an official response from the Obama Administration,” said an early evening Jan. 15 statement from Macon Phillips, the White House’s digital strategy director.
“This new threshold applies only to petitions created from this point forward and is not retroactively applied to ones that already exist.”

“That ‘good problem’ is only getting better, so we’re making another adjustment to ensure we’re able to continue to give the most popular ideas the time they deserve. … It’s wonderful to see so many people using We the People to add their voices to important policy debates here in Washington and bring attention to issues that might not get the attention they deserve.”
When the administration first established the petition system in September 2011, Obama’s aides promised that any petition with 5,000 signatures would receive a formal written response from White House officials. That threshold was raised to 25,000 for 2012.
The new 100,000-signature threshold follows a series of provocative, awkward or embarrassing petitions, some of which attracted enough signatures to meet the threshold set by Obama for getting a formal White House response.

the states are more powerful than the federal government

 It is a shame that more of our state elected officials do not recognize or realize their own power of local control over the lives of citizens in their own states and their legal ability to refuse federal mandates. The federal government was never meant to have power that superseded local government. That is why the constitution is specific in enumerating all the granted powers of the federal government while also identifying the limited powers that the federal government does not have. 

 The constitution then specifically states, that all powers not enumerated, are reserved to the sates and "the people."

 Barack Obama is on the eve of attempting to subvert the US Constitution and apparently once again his actions will be reported and propelled forward via the complicit mainstream media.  The office of the president and this president have no constitutional authority to subvert or disregard the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

 As a matter of fact, this president like all others before him, swore an oath to uphold and protect the US Constitution. Therefore, if he attempts to enforce presidential caveats in the form of presidential directives or decrees, he immediately places himself in violation of the constitution and his oath and he should immediately be subjected to impeachment and removal from office.

As I wrote on Jan. 11, Jackson County Kentucky Sheriff Denny Peyman has made it clear that gun laws which violate the United States Constitution or the Kentucky Constitution will not be enforced in his county. 

On Jan. 12, he followed this up with a press conference in which he explained that a Sheriff's powers are predominant over the powers of federal and state agents. When he says these things he drives gun-grabbers batty because he says them with the conviction that rests on knowledge, and he has no intention of backing down.
During the press conference, he took time to explain his powers as sheriff:

I am responsible for the people inside this county. I am the highest elected official in this county, and this is the only opportunity the people have to speak for themselves and say 'this is what we want.'

I can ask federal people to leave, they have to leave. I can ask state people to leave, they have to leave. ...[And] it doesn't matter what [new laws] Obama passes, the sheriff has more power than the federal people.

He said that if federal gun-grabbers don't understand this, then "they need to go back and study it," because Kentucky "is a commonwealth."
Peyman says he has been approached by liberals within the gun-grabbing world since he made his original promise of no gun control in his county, and he told them plainly: "You are never going to pull guns out of Jackson County."
Sheriff Denny Peyman represents everything good and brave about America, and about the great state of Kentucky. He is a patriot, first class.

White House eying 19 executive actions on guns

The White House has identified 19 executive actions for President Barack Obama to move unilaterally on gun control, Vice President Joe Biden told a group of House Democrats on Monday, the administration’s first definitive statements about its response to last month’s mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Later this week, Obama will formally announce his proposals to reduce gun violence, which are expected to include renewal of the assault weapons ban, universal background checks and prohibition of high-capacity magazine clips. But Biden, who has been leading Obama’s task force on the response, spent two hours briefing a small group of sympathetic House Democrats on the road ahead in the latest White House outreach to invested groups.

The Obama Lincoln factor

It looks to me (and to a lot of other people) as if there is an overwhelming desire to correlate and transpose the images of Barack Obama and Abraham Lincoln. Not just in some idealized romanticized physical fashion, but rather in the truest sense of comparison of ideologies and philosophies.  It also looks to me as if there is a desired intent to draw parallels and similarities between the two men, as if by some cosmic design, Barack Obama has in fact become the reincarnation of Abraham Lincoln.

None of these comparisons are by chance and none are intended as simple parodies of life. There is a direct intent that correlates to a propagandized mission to cause these comparisons and the belief by the American people that the two men are one in the same. It was one thing for casual comparisons to be made between the significance of America's first black president and the Lincoln presidency, but it is something entirely different when forces in media and entertainment put forth and make the repeated assertions of comparison that the two men are literally identical in philosophy and ideology, separated only by time.

It is not by chance that there is presently an academy award nominated film about Abraham Lincoln in theaters. No more than it is a coincidence that Barack Obama intends to be sworn in for his second term on Lincoln's birthday February 12th, while utilizing the Lincoln bible.

No, this is neither unintentional or simply irony. These acts are premeditated and planned to follow and mimic a predisposed desire by this administration and its unseen supporters, to cast Barack Obama in the same light as Abraham Lincoln. For the good of the nation.

Lincoln has been seen as both the great divider and the great uniter by history. Lincoln was the president who tore this nation asunder through unconstitutional policy and civil war. Lincoln was the president who oversaw the destruction of all opposition to his policies and he was the president who suspended the constitution and American civil liberties and freedom of the press for four years in order to insure that his path was unobstructed in his conquest of absolute power.

In my observation, Barack Obama sees himself in the exact same light as Lincoln. He views himself and his actions with the same indignation toward those who have faith in their religion and the constitution that protects their rights as did Lincoln. Therefore, Obama will act in a similar fashion when he believes that he can justify governing by fiat and presidential decree to attack and eliminate all rights and civil liberties in conflict with his egalitarian Fabian socialist design.

What we are presently witnessing doesn't just involve the attack on our constitutionally protected rights to freedom of speech, freedom of religion or the right to bear arms, but it also involves the denial of our most basic rights to assemble or engage in any action that this administration perceives as threatening to its own purposes once the assertions of presidential decree are thrust upon a willing population of the dumb masses.

No, none of this is by chance and none of this is simple parody. These actions are intentional and by intelligent design and their purposes are being constructed in the darkness for the day when absolute assertions will be made to the American people as it concerns their rights as Americans and this president's right to supersede those rights and rule as an absolute tyrant.

The Obama effect took effect today

 Few people remembered until today, that two years ago, the so called Obama tax break was impleented. No real tax break mind you, just a deferment of money away fro the one area where it was needed the most in the federal budget.

The reduction in payroll taxes for the past two years solved nothing. Just another example of one of those pointless feel good things that liberals do that in the end have a worse effect than doing nothing.

Congratulations folks, this is the guy you voted for. this is the guy who was going to provide you with all the milk and honey.

Everyone's taxes went up today
Gabriella Hoffman’s paycheck is a little lighter today, thanks to a payroll tax increase that is forcing millions of Americans to make the kind of tough budget cuts their representatives in Washington lawmakers seem unwilling to tackle.
Hoffman, a 21-year-old Virginian who works at a nonprofit, estimates her paycheck will be roughly $30 less this biweekly pay period, or about $780 annually, thanks to the end of a two-year cut on payroll taxes, which fund Social Security. The tax has risen back up to 6.2 percent from 4.2 percent, costing someone making $50,000 annually about $1,000 per year and a household with two high-paid workers up to $4,500.
“As a newly-graduated person, someone coming straight out of college, I don’t like the idea of having less money coming to me due to the selfish interests of people in Congress who don’t have any interest in reducing our financial problems,” Hoffman told FoxNews.com. “This is an impediment for future economic growth. It’s going to make it harder for young people like myself to get married, find a better job, you name it.”

Obama's Message to GOP by Appointing Lew Treasury Secretary

This is certainly a blow to any hope that Republicans might have had that Obama would flinch from his pledge not to negotiate over the debt ceiling. The president has said he will demand a clean bill raising the debt ceiling, unattached to any conditions or spending cuts.

To call Lew's relationship with Capitol Hill Republicans strained would be an understatement. According to some on the Hill, there just is no relationship anymore.

When Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell called Vice President Joe Biden as the deadline to cut a deal to avoid the fiscal cliff loomed, it was a sign of the tensions between the senator and Lew. McConnell had to create a new channel for negotiations because he could no longer go through the White House.

Vice President Joe Biden revealed that President Barack Obama might use an executive order to deal with guns.
"The president is going to act," said Biden, giving some comments to the press before a meeting with victims of gun violence. "There are executives orders, there's executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required."
Biden said that this is a moral issue and that "it's critically important that we act."
Biden talked also about taking responsible action. "As the president said, if you're actions result in only saving one life, they're worth taking. But I'm convinced we can affect the well-being of millions of americans and take thousands of people out of harm's way if we act responsibly."
Biden, as he himself noted, helped write the Brady bill.
Eric Holder was scheduled to be at the meeting that's currently take place at the White House.

Over 500 million of your money

Over 500 million of your money annually goes to support abortion in America. You didn't know that?  There are no taxpayer funded abortions right? Wrong. You subsidized over 300.000 abortions last year. Didn't know that huh? Think about what the cost will be in lives and tax dollars once Obama care is in full swing. Of course by the time that reaches fruition, death panels will be deciding whether or not you live or die. 

Relax, the government is in control. On second thought? Who is in control of the government?

And the American genocide continues, with 333,964 murders in 2011. That’s the figure proudly released by Planned Parenthood Federation of America in their report delineating how many abortions they performed in fiscal 2011. Doing some simple math reveals that the number of abortions performed equates to one abortion every 94 seconds.

And Planned Parenthood can be pleased with their progress: the number of abortions they performed in 2011 was up from 2010, when they snuffed out 329,445 lives. And the U.S. government can carry the banner high with the abortion provider; Planned Parenthood received $542.4 million in “government health services grants and reimbursements,” including “payments from Medicaid managed care plans.”

Planned Parenthood isn’t hurting. Its assets total $1,244.7 billion.

In the “Message From The Chair And President” Cecilia Boone and Cecile Richards, there is not one mention of abortion. Not one. They prance around that issue, boasting of how they bullied the Susan G. Komen Foundation For The Cure into reversing its decision to exclude Planned Parenthood from their centers.

This news quietly passed though the mainstream filters last week without so much as a whisper. Al Gore and his business partner pulled in a cool 100 million apiece by selling their green TV network to the oil barons and terrorist sympathizers of Al Jazeera.

The Muslim terrorists of the world will soon have their own American version of CNN. Al Jazeera has already been broadcasting Islamic propaganda throughout the middle east and much of Europe for years, now they have a foot hold in America that is compliments of Mr. (global warming) Al Gore and his revealed greed.

Has there ever been a bigger phony than this man? He rants and raves and preaches about protecting the environment, then at the drop of a hat, he is off to rake in his millions in so called dirty money from the very people he rails against.  Wait a minute, scratch that. he rails against American oil producers.Truth be known, he is scared to death of offending Arab Muslims.

There are words for people like this, but I will spare the space and not further degrade these words by associating them with Al Gore.

In my opinion, the name Al Gore should become a prominently used slur and vilification term to be used by those wishing to convey a two faced, back stabbing hack of a politician who willingly sells his country down the river.  Al Gore, more than a traitor, the man has no allegiance to anything but himself.

Yesterday morning, the still shell shocked staff at Current TV was called to an all hands staff meeting at its San Francisco headquarters, which was teleconferenced to their offices in LA and NYC, to meet their new bosses.
That would be two of Al Jazeera’s top guys: Ehab Al Shihabi, executive director of international operations, and Muftah AlSuwaidan, general manager of the London bureau.

Ominously missing was the creator of Current, the self proclaimed inventor of the Internet and savior of clean energy, Al Gore, although his partner, Joel Hyatt, stood proudly with the Al Jazeera honchos.

FIRST MEETINGS: Current TV staffers teleconferenced with their new bosses.

“Of course Al didn’t show up,” said one high placed Current staffer. “He has no credibility.
“He’s supposed to be the face of clean energy and just sold [the channel] to very big oil, the emir of Qatar! Current never even took big oil advertising—and Al Gore, that bulls***ter sells to the emir?”

The liberal rage at Obama

 

Watching and reading the liberals raging at Obama over their dwindling paychecks and increased payroll taxes is entertaining if nothing else. These liberal led twits and legions of dumb masses don't have a clue about what akes the world go around or who is responsible for their day to day misery.

they are told that it is always someone else's fault that they don't have everything that they believe they are 'entitled to.' Really they are.   Watching them literally go into fis over the reality check of what has just happened is amazing.

Obama supporters shocked, angry at new tax increases

Sometimes, watching a Democrat learn something is wonderful, like seeing the family dog finally sit and stay at your command.
With President Obama back in office and his life-saving “fiscal cliff” bill jammed through Congress, the new year has brought a surprising turn of events for his sycophantic supporters.
“What happened that my Social Security withholding’s in my paycheck just went up?” a poster wrote on the liberal site DemocraticUnderground.com. “My paycheck just went down by an amount that I don’t feel comfortable with. I guarantee this decrease is gonna’ hurt me more than the increase in income taxes will hurt those making over 400 grand. What happened?”
Shocker. Democrats who supported the president’s re-election just had NO idea that his steadfast pledge to raise taxes meant that he was really going to raise taxes. They thought he planned to just hit those filthy “1 percenters,” you know, the ones who earned fortunes through their inventiveness and hard work. They thought the free ride would continue forever.
So this week, as taxes went up for millions of Americans — which Republicans predicted throughout the campaign would happen — it was fun to watch the agoggery of the left.
“I know to expect between $93 and $94 less in my paycheck on the 15th,” wrote the ironically named “RomneyLies.”
“My boyfriend has had a lot of expenses and is feeling squeezed right now, and having his paycheck shrink really didn’t help,” wrote “DemocratToTheEnd.”
“BlueIndyBlue” added: “Many of my friends didn’t realize it, either. Our payroll department didn’t do a good job of explaining the coming changes.”
So let’s explain something to our ill-informed Democratic friends. In 2009, Mr. Obama enacted a “holiday” on the payroll tax deduction from employees’ paychecks, dropping the rate from 6.2 percent to 4.2 percent. But like the holidays, the drop ended, and like New Year‘s, the revelers woke up the next morning with a massive hangover and a pounding head.
“Bake,” who may have been trolling the site, jumped into the thread posted Friday. “My paycheck just went down. So did my wife’s. This hurts us. But everybody says it’s a good thing, so I guess we just suck it up and get used to it. I call it a tax increase on the middle class. I wonder what they call it. Somebody on this thread called it a ‘premium.’ Nope. It’s a tax, and it just went up.”
Some in the thread argued that the new tax — or the end of the “holiday,” which makes it a new tax — wouldn’t really amount to much. One calculated it would cost about $86 a month for most people. “Honeycombe8,” though, said that amount is nothing to sneeze at.
“$86 a month is a lot. That would pay for … Groceries for a week, as someone said. More than what I pay for parking every month, after my employer’s contribution to that. A new computer after a year. A new quality pair of shoes … every month. Months of my copay for my hormones. A new thick coat (on sale or at discount place). It would pay for what I spend on my dogs every month … food, vitamins, treats.”
The Twittersphere was even funnier.
“Really, how am I ever supposed to pay off my student loans if my already small paycheck keeps getting smaller? Help a sister out, Obama,” wrote “Meet Virginia.” “Nancy Thongkham” was much more furious. “F***ing Obama! F*** you! This taking out more taxes s*** better f***ing help me out!! Very upset to see my paycheck less today!”

Tax Reform

I love how democrats change the verbiage of something and come out with an entirely new spin on the reality.  The democrats are looking to increase taxes by a trillion dollars and this on their proven inability to either cut the budget or stop increasing it.

But rather than call it tax increases? They are calling for "tax reform."

I agree, I think we could use a little tax reform come to think of it. and we can start by cutting the salaries and operating budgets of congress and the white house. then we can eliminate all foreign aid to other countries. Afterwards perhaps? We could reform our entitlement programs so that only those truly entitled to social security and medicare would receive it.

Yes!  Hear! Here! for some true reform!

And meanwhile, do not allow these money grubbing socialist thieves to have another penny of our money. 

Democrats say they want to raise as much as $1 trillion in new revenues through tax reform later this year to balance Republican demands to slash mandatory spending.
Democratic leaders have had little time to craft a new position for their party since passing a tax deal Tuesday that will raise $620 billion in revenue over the next 10 years.

The emerging consensus, however, is that the next installment of deficit reduction should reach $2 trillion and about half of it should come from higher taxes.This sets up tax reform as one of the biggest fights of the 113th Congress, which began on Thursday.
Republicans say tax reform should be revenue-neutral. Additional revenues collected by eliminating or curbing tax breaks and deductions should be used to lower rates.

The vaccination is useless

 So......there you have it. The bottom line, the flu vaccinations that people madly scramble to get each year, are once again revealed to be useless. Just another hype and something else to skewer the people's fears with. The only benefit is for the enrichment of those hyping the vaccinations and profiting from them.

 Meanwhile, God only knows what they are pumping into people and the limited if any efficacy that these flu vaccinations have period. One thing is becoming apparent, they damn well don't prevent the flu or protect the majority against it.

Flu Spreading Earlier and Faster This Year

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is warning the flu season appears to be bad this year - spreading faster and earlier than usual.
Officials with the CDC have said the South and Southeast sections of the country are getting hit hard.
Even people who received the flu shot can still get sick, they said.
"Number one it does take some time for the vaccine to take effect and if you are exposed to influenza a very short time after getting the vaccine you can still get infected," Dr. Michael Jhung, CDC Medical Officer - Flu Division, said."

We've lost respect for life

The thugism of America as an ethnic alternative to individual responsibility and accountability and the fostering of thugism over the past thirty years in this country is coming to roost (to borrow a phrase from Obama's 'preacher de jure' Jerimiah Wright)

The homicide rate in the city of Detroit continued a grim upward trend in 2012, hitting its highest peak in nearly two decades, officials said Thursday.

A dwindling population -- 706,585 people in 2011, according to the U.S. Census estimate -- and the rise in homicides combined to make Detroit’s murder rate among the highest in the nation, Detroit Mayor Dave Bing and Police Chief Chester Logan announced at a press conference.
“We’ve just lost respect for each other; we’ve lost respect for life,” Bing said. “I don’t want to say that you can forget about this generation or the generation before us, but if we’re going to solve the problem, we’ve got to get into the heads and the minds and the hearts of our young people, and it’s going to take all of us to do that.”
Detroit’s total of 411 homicides in 2012, up from 377 the previous year, includes 386 criminal homicides and 25 “justifiable homicides” that included three shootings by police, according to numbers released by the city. The number of criminal homicides increased 12 percent from 344 in 2011. The total in 2010 was 308.

Obama Returns to Hawaii at an Added Cost of Over $3 Million

In a move that is rich in irony, President Obama agreed Tuesday night to sign an emergency deficit reduction bill that does almost nothing to rein in spending and then jetted out to Hawaii to resume his vacation at an extra cost of more than $3 million to taxpayers.
The price tag is in addition to more than $4 million that is already being spent on the Obamas’ Hawaii idyll, bringing the total cost of the excursion to well over $7 million.
The added cost was incurred because by the time the Obamas return from Hawaii – whenever that is – the president will have used Air Force One to travel to Honolulu and back twice.
Obama was forced to return from Hawaii just after Christmas to complete negotiations to avoid the Fiscal Cliff, talks resulting in the bill that was passed by Congress last night. Obama resisted significant spending cuts throughout the negotiations, and the final legislation relies almost solely a new taxes to reduce the deficit.
Air Force One is known to cost about $180,000 an hour to fly. Based on an estimated 18 hours roundtrip flying time for the jet between Washington and Honolulu, the travel cost alone of Obama’s decision to return to Hawaii amounts to around $3.24 million. And that doesn’t include the price tag for the massive security operation required to move the president or the cost of the cargo plane that follows Air Force One around.
The Obamas could have saved taxpayers millions by returning from Hawaii together after Christmas and then resuming their vacation at one of the many ritzy resorts that lie outside of Washington. If the beach is a must, even a trip to Florida would have been far less expensive.
Or they could have simply stayed at the White House or Camp David, each a luxurious government-run installation, billing taxpayers a relative pittance.
Obama will get a full day of vacation in today, landing in Hawaii early in the morning.

The view from the pit

 

Well....it looks like America avoided the fiscal cliff after the house passed the bill to assure our doom and destruction late last night. The last ditch efforts by congress to give this president what he was blackmailing them for has succeeded. $41 in new federal spending for every $1 cut from the budget. That sounds like one helluva deal to me, what about you.

The republicans in congress caved and Obama and the leftist socialist who now have complete control of this country are laughing their asses off at the dumb masses who have allowed this to happen.

Make no mistake America, you avoided nothing. You didn't avoid the fiscal cliff, if anything you hit the gas and accelerated the path to your own destruction by sitting on your hands and doing nothing. The cliff is just the launching pad America, it is the pit of economic collapse and fiscal damnation that looms before you and your children now. Enjoy the ride.

When the end comes and it will, remember as you scratch and scrape to try and feed yourselves, precisely how all of this came about. Remember all the glowing lies and buttered half truths that you willingly swallowed for the sake of continuing your own little world, supposedly at the expense of someone else.

Ah yes America, those evil rich people are about to get their comeuppance and they will pay dearly and so will you.  For you see folks, in the absence of the rich (evil and otherwise) , all that is left are the peons and the ruling elite and trust me, you will not be a member of the ruling elite. You will be but one more cog in the never ending pleasure of egalitarian fairness and Nirvana. That is after all what the majority seems to have wanted and that is what your president is going to see provided.
