When Justice is Blinded

What does it mean when justice isn't blind?

What does it really mean when we say that justice is supposed to be blind?

Blind justice is the simple premise and foundation of our legal system. The manifestation of which is this. Justice should find no favor, nor any condemnation of any individual, based upon anything other than facts.

The duty of justice is to sift the facts and only the facts. Determine the truth and judge upon the truth. Strive only for the determination of guilt or innocence, absent any other influence than fact.

And nothing should impede that pursuit of truth by facts. Not money, not position, not title, not influence.

Examine the facts, and let the chips fall where they may.

Theodore Roosevelt said it best when he said: "No man is above the law and no man is below it: nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it."

The application of the laws and the triers of fact need also be applied equally and fairly. Absent any outside influence. Particularly any influences that stands to gain political power, influence or control over the people. Power should never be allowed to be obtained, via the bodies and souls of those who were sacrificed to achieve any evil or illegitimate political goal.

However, that is precisely where America stands today. We stand at a crossroads. A crossroads of either adherence to law, or the abandonment of it. Adherence to principle, or the abandonment of it.

And we either adhere to the principle of blind justice? Or we accept blinded justice. Which are two entirely different definitions and outcomes.

There are at least three trials to begin in America and soon.

The Derrick Chauvin trial in Minneapolis.

The Garrett Rolfe trial in Atlanta.

And the grand jury investigations into President Trump in Atlanta.

After Derrick Chauvin was tried in the court of public opinion by the media last year? The facts have finally surfaced. George Floyd did not die from any injuries sustained due to the actions of Derrick Chauvin. George Floyd died from respiratory distress and heart failure, caused by a lethal amount of fentanol in his body. Combined with cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana.

The medical examiner having stated in the autopsy findings, that "had George Floyd been found dead under any other circumstance? His death would have been ruled as an overdose due to fentanol."

Yet Chauvin will soon be on trial for his life and the facts have already been so twisted and contrived, that it will be difficult for anyone to determine the truth. Much less to honestly sift the facts, absent the abhorrent public pressure, being mounted to find guilt regardless by the media and race based influence in Minneapolis and nationally.

The same is true of the Garret Rolfe case in Atlanta. And the same influences are present there. A force of will outcome of guilt regardless, is desired by race based and prejudicial influences in the community and nationally and by the media.

There is a predesignated decision to provide what those propelling racism as their driving force, want to see as their justice in the Rolfe case.

And now there are supposedly two grand juries empaneled to investigate President Trump for charges that once again, were created by a media circus and political bias and have already been proven false and lied about by the media.

The big three in media? CNN, Washington Post and the New York Times each having to proffer retractions and mea culpas, over their untrue and falsified reports on the president's phone call to an AG investigator in Georgia. Where it was alleged that he pressured Georgia officials to "falsify voting tallies to his favor."

Yet the grand juries proceed, similar to the investigations of a proven falsified dossier and fabricated evidence to obtain warrants four years ago against the same man.

The foundations and principles of true democracy are being attacked and destroyed daily in this country. And when the last blows are struck and these bastions of the foundations of freedom are crumbled, what will be left will be nothing more than abject totalitarianism.

So as you watch these trials and investigations play out, keep that in mind. There is a time when the people are the last line of defense for their own freedoms. There comes a time when if the people do not rise to take up the banners of truth and justice and freedom? There will be neither truth nor justice, nor freedom.

Righteous indignation against evil and battles against self serving and self enriching and corrupt elected officials is not sedition. It is what Jefferson realized and recognized, along with the others, who sacrificed their lives and their fortunes to create a document of rights and freedoms for a nation.

If this nation is once again pushed to civil war? It will not be due to any renegade few, be they either radical or zealots. It will be due to the reality that the vast majority of Americans have been so thoroughly abused by their government, that there are no longer any other alternatives.

And when that day comes, there will be no turning them back. They will take back their country and hold those responsible accountable. As justice is and was always supposed to be applied.

And it is about the time that others began recognizing that and doing the same.

Reagan had it right.

 

Our Coward President

 I watched and listened to the Judge Jennine Pirro onterview with President Trump on Fox last night. She was asking him about Biden's no border policy. And the crisis at the border that Biden has created. 

President Trump said that the Border Patrol officers have asked him to come to the border. Which he said he would do in the next several weeks. 

The bottom line?  We no longer have a border. Once again, the leftist are allowing illegals to pour across our border by the thousands daily. 

At Biden's news conference when asked about it last week? He said that once he has a plan in place, he will allow the media in. But not until then. Adding, that he did not know when that would be. 

Last Friday, senators Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham and 16 other senators went to the Texas border, where operatives of the Biden administration were sent, to once again refuse to allow the media into one of the overcrowded camps. After which, they tried to block Senator Cruz and other senators from taking videos of these over crowed camps. 

"Citing the respect and dignity for the detainees."

The bottom line? This country is being saturated with foreign invaders. Including humdreds if not thousands, carrying the Covid virus. And absolutely nothing is being done about it. 

We could easily see over one million cross our border this year. And yet Biden and his handlers are doing nothing. And the media is covering for them. 

At this rate, this nation's social infrastructure is collapsing and will collapse further if nothing is done and soon. 

In states like California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas? They are seeing 90% of births in their hospitals to illegal aliens. Half of their prisons and jails are full of them and a large majority of violent crimes are being committed by them.

Their medical expenses, and the medical and other expenses of tens of thousands more? Are falling on US taxpayers. And the band plays on. 

It is long since time for these border state governors, to put their own national guards on the borders to stop this invasion. 

Call or write your senators and representatives and demand that they demand the governors of these states, to do something and do something now. Because Biden and his handlers refuse to. 

It is a damn shame when our Border Patrol agents have to call on Donald Trump to come to the border to garner the public awareness needed, while the sitting president turns his back on them.  While the media continues to ignore the truth. 

Call and write and request action be taken immediately, because the sitting US president is a mental invalid and a coward and incapable of defending this nation, our sovereignty or our borders.   

Do it now or reap the whirl wind to come.

Defend The Beaches Today. Or Watch Them Be Carried Away.

Princess Diana? Coined the term, "The Firm" when discussing the royal family. Because as she stated, they were like a closed ecosystem of department heads and the royal family was the board of directors. She could not move or breathe, absent their consent. 

 

Are we that much different in America today? Only the tentacles of evil that permeate this nation today, go much farther than a single entity. Shall we call it the corporation? Or the Collective? You decide.

I believe we should recognize it as one or the other Because everything from Washington, to Hollywood, to Silicon valley? revolves around the almighty dollar and who controls and influences the money.

 

And the old adage is and always has been? To follow the money. See who has their digs in the coffers and who controls the flow of tax dollars and that will soon lead you to the corrupt underbelly of government and business. 

 

Call them the Corporation. Or as I have often noted? The "Collective."

Much in the same way the fictionalized Borg of Star Trek fame. They rummage through our lives and our earnings and our achievements, looking solely to assimilate everything that we are and have achieved as individuals, into the collective.

 

The collective of thought, speak and actions. Nothing escapes them and everything not already assimilated, is targeted for conquest and control. They are now controlling children's toys and cartoons for Christ's sake! 

 

Do you not think that they will come after you as individuals? Do you not think that you will be targeted for assimilation? Well guess what? You already have been. And while their actions presently comprise the shotgun blast approach toward our society in general? Their present aim being to net and secure as many of the crowd at one time as they can? 

 

How long before they come after you the individual. 

 

Orwellian thought speak has become the reality in America today. When History must be destroyed and obliterated, in order to establish the new world order? How long before you and yours are taking your marching orders and seeking hall passes from the United Nations.

 

READ! Daily! The facts are out there. Biden's plans and policies for the new world order are on record. Right next to the green new deal and socialism as a palatable alternative to freedom.

And sadly? There are thousands of Americans who will become victims of this oppression. And thousands already have become victims. 

 

This is America, at least for the present, but how long will it remain so. How much longer will you be allowed any freedom of thought or speech. If you go to the ocean and remove one grain of sand each day? You could live a millennium and have absolutely no effect on the landscape of that beach.

 

But if you go to that same beach and remove a shovel full each day, in a period of years, you could have a noticeable impact. But what if you took a bulldozer and a front end loaders and dump trucks to that same beach every day. And you worked from daylight til dark? Loading load after load of that sand and carrying it away? Then what would be the result. And how fast would that landscape change. 

 

Well that is precisely what they are doing to our country, our constitution and our lives daily.

When I was a boy? We had those who were plucking grains of sand from our beaches. Then about thirty years ago? They showed up with shovels. And no one cared, because there was still a beach and no really big changes to that beach. But look at it now. They are bulldozing and carrying off, everything in our landscape today, while their waves of so called hope and change, continue to wash closer and closer to washing away everything that once was America.

 

How long are we as Americans going to stand idly by and allow those who have already established their beachheads here, to destroy everything that exists and once existed in our landscape.

There are those who watch things happen and there are those who make things happen. And there are those who wonder what happened. They are the ones making things happen right now while we are watching things happen and we are treacherously close? To wondering what happened.

And our beach gets narrower and narrower by the day.

Choices Have Consequences.

 So.  The time is approaching, when every American will have to answer to their God. But before that day arrives, you will have to answer to yourself. 

Some say, "to thine own self be true."  But how can you be true to yourself, if you accept lies as truth. And you refuse to stand in the face of lies. 

There are many lies being put forth today in this country. And absent those willing to stand up to those lies, those lies will eventually become the truth. 

At least for a while. 

And whether those lies become the truth, and how long they remain the truth, depends on you and I and others. 

It is easy to ignore or deny truth. Especially when truth has no relevance to your immediate life. 

Simply saying that a man is a woman, does not make it so, even if you remain silent.  And your silence does not become the reality.  Your silence only accepts the lie as the truth. 

The lie may not necessarily, or directly affect you, therefore, why bother. Why take exception. No skin of your nose, right. Go along to get along.  

But what happens when a man walks in on you in the ladies room. Or when a man walks in on your daughter, or mother, or wife.  Does the paradigm change then. Is the truth brought into a better clarity for you then. 

Some say? It isn't bragging if you can do it.  Is that true of becoming something you are not?  I say no. 

Mohamed Ali use to say that he was the greatest. And as a boxer, he was.  For a time.  But where is the greatest now. Mortality caught up with him. 

As it will with us all.  Therefore, the reality that you choose to accept today, will not always be reality. 

Perpetuating lies, does not make them truth. 

A biological man can feel like a woman of he chooses to. He can act and dress like a woman if he chooses. He can even obtain surgical alterations, to give him the appearance of a woman, if he chooses. 

But those

Individual choices, are not the truth. 

They may be his truth, but it is not the truth. 

When this nation was founded? Our forefathers stated: "We hold these truths, to be self evident."  Simply meaning, that they did not need to prove the truth. The truth is self evident. 

And one of those self evident truths, is that as Americans, we can choose to be who we want to be as individuals. We can choose to believe what we choose to believe. We can choose to live, the way we choose to live. 

Provided?

That we do not intrude upon the self evident and inalienable rights of others.  

Therefore, the only questions that need to be asked and answered are these. Do Americans have any rights to intrude upon the rights of other Americans

And that answer is no. 

Your rights as an individual end, the moment you begin to transgress my rights. If you choose to live a life of fantasy, that is fine by me. Just don't tell me that I have to accept your fantasy.  I may tolerate it, but I will not accept it. 

And my refusal to accept fantasies or life styles that conflict with my values and morals and religion, do not denote that I am either racist, bigoted, xenophobic or filled with hatred.  

I am neither a white supremacist, or a gender supremacist. And I will not accept those brands or any others. The fear of scarlet letters, only carry power and influence, in a world where people bow down to them and accept them. 

My refusal to accept the fantasies or delusions of others, simply reflects the exercise of my own rights. And I do not check those rights, or lay them down and walk away from them, because others demand that I do so. 

Neither to make them feel better about themselves, or to further their alternatives to reality.  God created two genders. Male and female. There are no others. 

And while there are others who like to represent that there are multiple genders, that does not make it the truth. 

An individual may choose to believe they are something other than what they are; however, I do not have to accept their reality over my own. And I will not be shamed or vilified into doing so. 

So what will you stand for. Particularly? If you refuse to stand in your own defense. Who do you believe is responsible for defending you. 

Jesus told Peter, that before the cock crowed, he would deny him three times. And he did. And he carried that personal shame for the remainder of his life.  Peter spent his life attempting to live down that mistake. 

And he was ultimately crucified loke his Lord and by the same people who denied the reality of Christ. 

Choose wisely, and defend that which is yours, because one day, your choices will be judged.
