I am not a big fan of Rush Limbaugh. If I am out and about in my truck, I will listen to his program on the radio. But that is about it. Rush lost me back during the Clinton administration as far as following his program daily. About the same time that I concluded that he was no more than a personality making his bucks by stirring and keeping the pot boiling. I simply don't care for his style and bloviated approach.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with the large majority of what the man has to say, I simply don't care for his style of delivery and his over the top approach that borders on arrogance IMO.

Limbaugh is a showman. Much like the carnival barker of old. It is his job to draw your attention to him and hopefully in doing so, you will spend some money either on his wares or those of his sponsors. At least that is the way it is supposed to work I believe.

As for his most recent controversy concerning his desire to be a partner in the acquisition of the NFL Rams? Well it looks like the multiculturalist thought police have prevailed once again. Rush Limbaugh may be a monster of the midway in conservative talk radio, but he is still no match for the Godzilla of modern liberal controlled media. Especially when that media is being driven and steered by prominent race baiters the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.

The media and corporate America each recognize their parts in the ongoing drama of the industry of race in America and anyone that wants to survive, had better dance to the correct tune of the prominent race hustlers. Or else the violators will be excoriated in the media like Limbaugh has been for over a week now.

Make no mistake, Rush Limbaugh will be no worse for the wear and his product and brand will only increase in value as a result of this exercise in American racial politics. Therefore, there is a fitting end to this episode, "Everything changes and everything remains the same. And as long as America chooses to be led by the nose by the politically correct thought police, none of this faux racial drama will ever end.

This story should be funny but it isn't. So Jackson and Sharpton haven't made their fortunes playing of the fears of blacks? Give me a break. Pot, kettle black doesn't even to begin to touch what these two race baiting hustlers have made a career doing.

Rush Limbaugh wants to buy a football team. So what? Let me tell you what.....These black socialist and race hustlers aren't content to have the government coerce the people into spending taxpayer money on racially divisive program and quotas. they aren't content for their set asides. Now they want to force individuals to spend their wealth only on what "they" see fit to allow them to. And Barack Obama is just the person to help them insure that wealth re-distribution in America isn't even the half of it.

Like I said, this story should be funny but it isn't. It is just another example the real racism that permeates this society. The racism that is allowed and tolerated and sponsored by the state.

FOX Targeted by the White House

No great mystery here, they have been doing it since day one of this administration. From Robert Gibbs back handed obliques during White House press briefings, right up to Obama's direct references. Either way, it is hurting them and will continue to hurt them, but to see their chief media person openly going after FOX and relating supposed ideological differences as the reasoning spurring the president's direction to his administration concerning FOX is something both unique and bothersome.

You see Mr. president, there is this bothersome little snippet called the first amendment in the bill of rights. You really need to look it over sometime and consider the implications.

Meanwhile, FOX continues to literally obliterate the competition on all levels, but especially as it concerns little ms. tuffet's favorite CNN.

I say let her continue eating her Obama served curds and whey. and screaming like a school girl every time the big FOX spider sits down beside her in one of their news conferences.

Obama and his Obamatrons don't have to allow FOX any consideration, but by failing to demonstrate an adult or mature reasoning in their inappropriate exclusions, they only reveal more and more of their true nature to the people who are watching.

And make no mistake, the people are watching.

When the Brits and the Europeans begin to question what the hell is going on? Then there must be something amiss. And yesterday? It snowed in Denver and they had to cancel the NLS game between the Phillies and the Rockies.

Earliest snowfall on record in many places across America.

So how is all that global warming fear mongering going? I don't know. I guess I had better go see what Mr. Allegory (Al Gore) has to say on the subject. On second thought, I am sure that the messianic one will have a stupendous speech on the matter sometime later this week. Right after he decides what he is going to do in his continued dodge of responsibilities.

Certainly a man capable of winning the Nobel Peace prize for having accomplished less than nothing? Well certainly he must be capable of tackling mother nature and winning.

I just went to this link and, in the "Type your nominee here!" field, entered "Barack Obama." The winner of this Nissan-sponsored promotion will actually receive one official vote for the Heisman award as sort of the people's choice.

He got my vote.

This is a place for me to muse about the issues that affect our world. My world and my country and my life in particular. I can say what I want to here and those who may stumble across my musings, are welcome to comment,or not. America is under siege. Everything this nation has ever represented, is now being torn asunder and crushed by the onslaught of egalitarian socialism. All morals and social values have been devolved into the belief that systemic racism, is the only underlying cause or reason for any societal ills in America. And that representation, is nothing but a Trojan Horse argument. A means of getting the egalitarian camel's nose into the tent. And now that it has been inserted? There is mayhem and anarchy and burning and looting all across America. And the only questions that remains to be asked and answered? Are these. When is enough enough and when will the American people call full stop and take the law into their own hands, to repel this socialist based attack on the Constitution and our personal freedoms.

Thinking

It started out innocently enough. I began to think at parties now and then -- just to loosen up and be a part of the crowd.
Inevitably, though, one thought led to another and soon I was more than just a social thinker.

I began to think alone -- "to relax", I told myself -- but I knew it wasn't true.
Thinking became more and more important to me and finally I was thinking all the time.

I began to think on the job. I knew that thinking and employment don't mix, but I couldn't help myself.

I began to avoid friends at lunchtime so I could read Thoreau, Muir, Confucius and Kafka. I would return to the office dizzied and confused, asking, "What is it exactly we are doing here?"

One day the boss called me in. He said, "Listen, I like you and it hurts me to say this, but your thinking has become a real problem. If you don't stop thinking on the job, you'll have to find another job."

"Honey," I confessed, "I've been thinking..."

"I know you've been thinking," she said, "and I want a divorce!" "But Honey, surely it's not that serious." "It is serious," she said, lower lip aquiver.

"You think as much as college professors and college professors don't make that much money, so if you keep on thinking, we won't have any money!"
She exploded in tears of rage and frustration, but I was in no mood to deal with the emotional drama.

"I'm going to the library," I snarled
I headed for the library, in the mood for some John Locke. I roared into the parking lot with NPR on the radio and ran up to the big glass doors.

They didn't open. The library was closed.

To this day, I believe that a Higher Power was looking out for me that night.

Leaning on the unfeeling glass, whimpering for Emerson, a poster caught my eye, "Friend, is heavy thinking ruining your life?" it asked.

This is why I am what I am today: a recovering thinker.

I never miss a TA meeting. At each meeting we watch a non-educational video; last week it was "Porky's." Then we share experiences about how we avoided thinking since the last meeting.

I still have my job, and things are a lot better at home. Life just seemed easier, somehow, as soon as I stopped thinking. I think the road to recovery is nearly complete for me.

Today I took the final step...I joined the Democratic Party

Major Michael Davis O'Donnell
1 January 1970
Dak To, Vietnam

Captain Michael O'Donnell was lost in Cambodia on March 24 1970, while flying a UH1 rescue helicopter, trying to rescue an eight man LRRP team under attack in Cambodia. He was listed as MIA along with the eight he had attempted to rescue after his UH1 Huey was shot down by enemy fire. The official military report listed the eight as shot down 'non survivable' and 'non recoverable.'

Michael O'Donnell was submitted for the Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions that day. He was awarded the Distinguished flying cross, the Bronze Star, The Air Medal and The Purple Heart and he was promoted to the rank of Major (posthumously).

In 1978 he was officially listed as KIA by the Department of Defense.

In my opinion........in another generation, all that will remain of our once great republic, may be little more than what is left to weather the passage of time in the form of a few obscure and forgotten monuments to the great American experiment.

If America should fail....let it be written as her epitaph.....died by her own hand. The greatest experiment in freedom ever undertaken, lost in the end to the pursuit of the illusion that egalitarian tolerance was more valuable than individual freedom.

Let us be warned.
Franklin, Payne, Jefferson. They all knew the consequences of the lack of vigilance and they tried to warn us. They gave us a document as our guide post. We were to guard it and revere it and use it to guide and govern our future and our posterity.
