Politics and Morals revolve around a chicken sandwich

 news-national-20120726-US.Chick.fil.A.Culture.Wars
Suddenly egalitarian politics and the morals of leftist anti Christian rhetoric revolves around boycotting Chick fil a and the stated opposition of the company president to homosexual marriage. As usual, the realities of the conversation were immediately altered by the left to reflect alleged hate. This perception was purposely created and represented by homosexual activists who are opposed to the stated and known truth of the bible.

Mr. Cathy simply stated and later reaffirmed that he supports the biblical determinations of marriage. As such, he and his company are being targeted with a purposeful campaign of hate by homosexuals and the left. Those who's only interest is to attempt to attack and demonize Christian values that conflict with the promulgation of homosexual deviancy.

This is a battle they will not win. Too many people, particularly in the south, refuse to adhere to the secular humanist belief system of egalitarian socialism and anti Christian hate. Therefore, if anything, Christians will close ranks just as the homosexuals have and Christians will protect their faith and their affiliations with companies that reflect their Christian values.

If homosexuals feel threatened or dislike the business practices of Chick fil a, they are more than welcome to take their business elsewhere, as I and millions of others are welcome to withdraw our patronage from companies who support homosexual ideologies that we find reprehensible.

It's called America. Freedom, free enterprise, the right to conduct business based upon your morals and beliefs and not those of others who you may find abhorrent. As for me? I will be having a Chick fil a and waffle fries once again today. I support good food and Christian values.

Chick-fil-A sandwiches become a political symbol

All of a sudden, biting into a fried chicken sandwich has become a political statement.
Chick-fil-A, the fast-food chain known for putting faith ahead of profits by closing on Sundays, is standing firm in its opposition to gay marriage after touching off a furor earlier this month.
Gay rights groups have called for a boycott, the Jim Henson Co. pulled its Muppet toys from kids' meals, and politicians in Boston and Chicago told the chain it is not welcome there.
Across the Bible Belt, where most of the 1,600 restaurants are situated, Christian conservatives have thrown their support behind the Atlanta-based company, promising to buy chicken sandwiches and waffle fries next week on "Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day."
The latest skirmish in the nation's culture wars began when Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy told the Baptist Press that the company was "guilty as charged" for backing "the biblical definition of a family." In a later radio interview, he ratcheted up the rhetoric: "I think we are inviting God's judgment on our nation when we shake our fist at him and say, `We know better than you as to what constitutes a marriage.'"
That fired up gay rights advocates, including a group that waged a campaign against the company in recent years by publicizing $3 million in contributions that the Cathy family foundation has made to conservative organizations such as the Family Research Council.
"This solidifies Chick-fil-A as being closely aligned with some of the most vicious anti-gay voices in the country," said Carlos Maza of Equality Matters.

We would love to have a Chick fil A in our neighborhood (not enough people??). The gays have been trying to ruin our Christian values, but we will keep fighting.

Back in the 80's when preachers quoted from Romans 1 to the effect that homosexuals "receive in their persons the just penalty for their error" (i.e. AIDS) the media lambasted them. But nowadays we see article after article where even the lefties are admitting that "men who have sex with men are more likely than any other demographic to contract HIV/AIDS." Yet I see no apologies! We know that homosexuality, especially male homosexuality, spreads AIDS. We also know that bisexual men are spreading AIDS to women in increasing numbers. And still, lefty-loons are acting like Christians are evil for being against homosexuality? Its a matter of good and evil here: Engaging in actives known to spread the world's most horrible disease to other people is evil. I think I'll go buy a chicken sandwich right now to put a nice little punctuation mark on that.
