Everyone critical of this president or his administration are racist according to Obama supporters and this action and vote by the black AME church to condemn congress as racist is just one more example of how any actions against this administration are looked upon by many (most) in the black community as racism. Their reactions are not not based upon the facts and evidence, but rather their reactions are judged by the race of those involved. According to the AME church, Eric Holder has done nothing wrong and the single most realistic set of facts and reasoning supporting their opinion why? He is a black attorney general working for a black president and; therefore, these charges by congress are simply racism.
Which makes me wonder where these people were at when former attorney general Colin Powell was being criticized, or former attorney general Condoleeza Rice was being criticized for that matter. Or were their decisions and actions as black attorney generals simply those of 'uncle Toms and therefore ineligible for defense?' It certainly seems that way to anyone observing and taking the long view of the facts in my opinion. Of course, the fact that neither Powell or Rice were ever indicted by congress (held in contempt) is based more upon the fact that they never withheld information or subpoenaed evidence from congress, than the fact that they are black.
So why is Eric Holder being treated differently than his two black predecessors? He isn't being treated differently and what should happen to him is that he should be arrested and hauled before congress to answer to the charges of refusing to produce the subpoenaed documents that he has hidden for his buddy president Obama.
But don't hold your breath waiting for that to happen, unless you want to re-visit Rodney King style riots in America. And don't hold your breath waiting for American mainstream media to take notice and attempt to hold this president or his rogue administration to any standard of reasonable or legal conduct.
The media has long since abdicated their constitutionally charged authority to be the people's voice.
AME church rips vote on Eric Holder
The African Methodist Episcopal Church, one of the most prominent black denominations in the country, is blasting the House vote to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress last week, comparing the move to the “evil strategies employed following the Reconstruction era.”
The House voted 255-67 in finding Holder in contempt of Congress last week for his failure to hand over some documents in the botched Fast and Furious gun-walking investigation. While the vote was led by Republican lawmakers, 17 Democrats crossed the political aisle to hold Holder in contempt.

In a resolution adopted last week and posted on AME’s website on Tuesday, according to The Wall Street Journal, the AME expressed its “profound disagreement” with the contempt vote and also suggested that Holder had been unfairly targeted for his effort to curtail voter suppression laws.
“Those who have held Attorney General Holder, America’s first African-American attorney general, in contempt have been consistently and systematically disrespectful of the attorney general and of President Barack Obama,” the resolution read. “The attack against Attorney General Holder comes after his stated intent to determine whether recent laws passed to combat non-existent voter fraud are actually efforts at voter suppression that violate the Voting Rights Act.”
