Iraq Slips Away

It is just past the 100 day mark of the messianic one's golden age of socialist change and already the changes are becoming more apparent by the day. And one by one they are revealed as changes for the worse.

Obama over the past 100 days, has been fond of reminding the media of his supposed mandate of change as reflective of his elections. It's almost become his immediate defense to any criticism or inquiry into his socialist and anti capitalist policies.

But the one place that has been left on the back burner while he traipsed about at the G20 and the meetings of the Americas and back and forth amongst is ubiquitous press conferences, was Iraq and the goings on there.

BAGHDAD -- Violence is on the rise in Iraq as American troops withdraw. A ground-level look at the handover provides one explanation: The Iraqi government is neglecting many of the successful counterinsurgency initiatives it is inheriting from the U.S. military.

Yes, while Obama has been wooing the international media and making blunder after blunder on policy and personnel, the realities of his errors and inexperience have been compounding, especially in Iraq. From his missteps of diplomatic gift giving with Gordon Brown, to his continued errors in judgment concerning his political appointments, and their own tragic missteps, this administration is now poised for the real head line grabber that looks as if it is about ready to burst upon the main pages.

After five years of the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the democrats and after all their best efforts to hamstring and lose the war in Iraq, President Bush prevailed and established a stabilized and normalizing Iraq. But now, given less than four months of his policy changes and reduction of military personnel and military budget, the realities of Obama's ignorance and illegitimacy of policy are surfacing in Iraq. And it looks as if the errors will be revealed soon in spades.

By this time next year? We will see Iraq returned to a festering pit of Islamic vipers, bent on furthering the ideals of their militant Muslim leaders in Iran and elsewhere. And Iraq will have become nothing more than an annexed sub state of Iran and a place for the financing and training of an expanded jihad against the west.

So just remember. This was the change that we could supposedly believe in. This is the change that the messianic one has wrought and this is the change that will result in coming world war that will begin in the middle east in the very near future.

So what does this make? At least a half dozen of his inept appointments that have already come back to haunt him?

What a moron.

It was only a matter of time.
