Israelis reportedly don't plan to notify US if decision made to strike Iran

What would make anyone believe that at this point in time, that Israel owes America any notification of its intentions toward Iran period. From the minute that Barack Obama became president, he has done everything that he could to damage the relationship that has existed with Israel for the past sixty years. And when he wasn't doing that, he was directly and intentionally disrespecting Benjamin Netanyahu their prime minister.

I am reasonably sure that Obama has gone on record with the Israelis to let them know that America will not stand with them against Muslim threats in the middle east, so Netanyahu and Israel ow America nothing.

Will an Israeli strike on Iran bring America into the conflict? No doubt about it, but only after the Iranians have attacked our personnel and assets in the region. Let the games begin it appears.
Israeli officials say they won't warn the U.S. if they decide to launch a pre-emptive strike against Iranian nuclear facilities, one U.S. intelligence official familiar with the discussions told the Associated Press. The pronouncement, delivered in a series of private, top-level conversations, sets a tense tone ahead of meetings in the coming days at the White House and Capitol Hill.
