Supreme Court may be too obtuse for Obama

In the constantly evolving craft of leftist spin, once in a while it becomes clear that someone has stumbled upon an entirely new angle. So is the case with the report that the Supreme Court may simply be too dull minded to understand the depth of the Obama health care bill and therefore, they may rule inappropriately against it. On another note: Where is Nancy Pelosi in all of this. Isn't she the one that famously stated that we have to pass the health care law so that we can see what is in it?

Could possible misunderstanding on ObamaCare cloud Supreme Court deliberations?Share7

A possible misunderstanding about President Barack Obama's health care overhaul could cloud Supreme Court deliberations on its fate, leaving the impression that the law's insurance requirement is more onerous than it actually is.
During the recent oral arguments some of the justices and the lawyers appearing before them seemed to be under the impression that the law does not allow most consumers to buy low-cost, stripped-down insurance to satisfy its controversial coverage requirement.
In fact, the law provides for a cheaper "bronze" plan that is broadly similar to today's so-called catastrophic coverage policies for individuals, several insurance experts said.

So what is so difficult to understand that the scaled down "bronze" plan, if forced to buy it, is still forcing an American to buy a health plan, being forced by national law to do so?

Idiots.

Idiots? I must disagree. These people are not idiots. Cunning, conniving deceitful? There are many other adjectives that describe them, but they are not stupid. They just believe everyone else to be.

Point well taken.

I hope the Supreme Court is ... bright enough ... to see through this ridiculous attempt at trickery.

I would hope that the Justices haven't forgotten the last time Obama insulted the court.

I sincerely hope that they back hand his administration severely over the Obama care debacle.
