The ABC's of Obama's plan: Apologize, bow, cut and run

I like many Americans, have been watching the Obama administration for the past year, waiting for some ingenious game plan to address global terrorism. Something that I missed in the midst of the afterglow of his rise to power and election to the White house.

And so far? I don't see it. I have seen Our "Big Sis" (Napolitano) step forward and declare that the use of the word terrorism and the war on terror would no longer be allowed. Man made disasters is what we are to call these attacks now. I have seen the attorney general step forward and state that hence forth the prisoners at Gitmo will be treated to show trials in New York City, while the same attorney general seeks the ways and means to prosecute the previous administration that put them there.

I have seen president Obama promise as one of his first acts as president, that come hell or high water, he would close Guantanamo by January 2010. But i have yet to see any plan presented for either addressing or dealing with the Islamic terrorist treats to this nation, aside for contrition and apology for have offended the religion of peace.

Meanwhile, our president has spent the past year traveling the world to a far greater extent than any of his predecessors in their first year in office. And his trips abroad have been a mixture of coddling and kissing America's enemies, while snubbing our allies, and bowing to Muslim kings and Communist leaders.

And all the while, this one trick pony of a president has had little to offer on the world stage, aside from his apologist approach to appeasing terrorist and thugs, rather than addressing the very real and known threats that exist against America by these individuals and countries.

Just last week we got another peek into the box of Obama speak, when he said in an interview, that he doesn't like to use the word victory. That was literally a bonus round of revelation IMO, as it clearly demonstrated where the man's head is as it concerns America's future place in the world and his intentions as president.

But it also addresses his abject biased view of history to a degree heretofore unrecognized or admitted to and the media slept right through it. He said the word victory had connotations to him, of Hirohito's coming forth to sign the surrender papers with General MacArthur at the end of WWII. I suppose that the point of fact in history, that the Japanese Emperor wasn't present at the formal surrender, is nothing more than a irrelevant factoid to this president who seems more intent on making his own history.

But then the real prescient peek at the mind of the man in the Oval office came into focus over the weekend IMO, when he ordered the US Embassy in Yemen closed. Noting that the Brits quickly followed suit and closed their, tells me that there must be good intelligence on the wires indicating an imminent Al Qaeda attack on our embassy/s. And rather than institute the policies, actions and initiatives to protect our assets and our people abroad? This present folded tent and allowed a rag tag band of militants Islamist to openly threaten the once most powerful nation on this planet and get away with it.

Barack Obama has now clearly demonstrated to me, that he has absolutely no intention of protecting or defending this nation, beyond his empty speeches and calls for sanctions by the UN. He is more interested in his socialist/Marxist agenda than he is anything. Barack Obama literally makes Neville Chamberlain look like a statesman when compared to the infamous British PM.

So how long before we can expect an American embassy bombing and more closings of American embassies around the world. I'd say that the Muslim jihadist have the upper hand now and they will use it every bit as effectively as any other iron fist that has been swung on the planet over the past one hundred years.

Meanwhile, those in Europe who have lived long enough to have known and lived the past, must surely be looking at the world stage right now and bracing themselves for the calamity that any reasoned mind has to know is coming.

Barack Obama has all but sealed the fate of this nation by his actions of the past year. America will be attacked now and these attack will be frequent and more deadly each time. I fully believe that before the close of this year, we will see the first detonation of a nuclear device as an act of war, since WWII. And that detonation will be in the midst of one or more American cities.

I only hope that those responsible for allowing it to happen, will be counted amongst the tens of thousands if not millions who will perish as a result. Man made disaster? Perhaps that will be a fitting epitaph for what is about to be visited upon America. And I know just the man responsible for allowing it to happen.
