It's a simple question

It's a simple question....."How much damage can be done in four years?"

To be a great president, Obama should not seek reelection in 2012

President Obama must decide now how he wants to govern in the two years leading up to the 2012 presidential election.

In recent days, he has offered differing visions of how he might approach the country's problems. At one point, he spoke of the need for "mid-course corrections." At another, he expressed a desire to take ideas from both sides of the aisle. And before this month's midterm elections, he said he believed that the next two years would involve "hand-to-hand combat" with Republicans, whom he also referred to as "enemies."
It's becoming clearer. When even your friends and supporters are openly discussing your departure and the end of your rein? Then something must be afoot. And ever since the closing weeks before the midterms, when it became apparent that the democrats were on the losing end of this election, there have been the continuing murmurs of a one term Obama administration.

Right now, there remain those in the democratic party who are not the wild eyed followers of the rabid left as led by the Pelosi faction. These truly moderate democrats have seen the results of unbridled socialism as applied by this regime and they have seen the party suffer. As they look down the road to the 2012 elections, they see more misery and loss and they know who is responsible.

But the uber left isn't done yet and as the voices rise amongst the less rabid in the party, to step back and tone done the leftist rhetoric and mantras, the more determined the Pelosi faction has become to speed the nation ever faster toward oblivion.

These are the people (the uber left) who are speaking up now, both in the party and in the media and telling Obama that he has to look past a two administration presidency. It never was about a two term presidency for these people. What it was about, was getting their agenda past the American people, while swathed in the touchy feely guilt trips of America electing its first black president. And who better to accomplish the deception, than the hand picked and hand raised Fabian socialist from Chicago's "new party."

The euphoria of the gimmick is over now. Gone are the chants of 'yes we can.' Replaced by the realities of 'no we can't' and the fact that America is in far worse shape than was ever imaginable when they elected Barack Obama to the presidency two years ago.

Reflections of the past two weeks, in particular since the release of George Bush's "Decision Points" has only served to further clarify and congeal the reality and truth in the minds of the American people in my opinion.

Barack Obama's mission, was to steer the ship of state clear of truth and reality, while the unseen uber left (who are the one's actually controlling policy in this administration) implemented their socialist programs and schemes before the American people became aware of what they were doing and who was really calling the shots.

Now as we are two weeks past the midterms, the grand plan of the left is becoming more clear and more revealed by its results. Those that lurk in the shadows of this administration and those who's charge it is to keep the people duped like mushrooms, (media) now know that there are only two years left to press the agenda and accomplish all that can be accomplished.

Not so much that there are possibilities of monumental changes left undone, but there remain the tasks of furthering the egalitarian left's socialist establishment and the protecting of what has to date been accomplished. Specifically, the crown jewel....'Obama care' must be protected. Make no mistake, John Boehner nor his majority in congress will be able to reverse the damage done to date. As in the end, Obama will maintain the power of veto until the end.

So the question is: "How much damage can be done in four years?" Well if is history is a guide? I'd say a lot. One look back at Jimmy Carter's disastrous four years should clearly demonstrate that. We are still paying the price for that liberal buffoon's failures and intentional weakening of this nation.

Where would we be today, had Jimmy Carter never been elected and never allowed Islamic militancy the foothold and power on the world stage that the fall of Iran and the Iranian hostage crisis presented. How much damage can be done in four years? One look at Germany 1939-1943 is a good example.

As we proceed past the midterms and await the elected republican majority's ascendancy in the next congress, watch the moves being made on the periphery. Pelosi isn't going away and neither is Obama's assigned agenda by the controllers of the democrat party.

A lot has been said about the Obama administration's propensity to discard people and throw them under the bus. This week begins the president's preparation to be thrown under the bus. Much like any zealot's commitment though it be fatal in the end, Obama will be chained to the bus if necessary, to prevent any substantive sea change from occurring in America.

So don't be confused or dismayed by the re-trenching or the doubling down that is about to become apparent with the democrats. They know they have lost the majority in congress, but they also know that they still have their guy driving the bus. So they are going to lash themselves to the deck and ride the storm of conservatism while they continue to damage and further undermine this nation.
