It's a beautiful Sunday morning

It's a beautiful Sunday morning in late August. The weather is nice, but the atmosphere of the nation leaves a a lot to be desired. The weekly unemployment report last week foretold the reality once again. This president's plans and policies aren't working. Unless you consider the systematic destruction of this nation a success. By that standard? I suspect he is going like a house afire.

Mean while, the rest of the nation is left to wonder and watch and worry. But all is not amiss. Our dear president is off for another ten days of vacationing at Martha's Vineyard with the family. Perhaps he and Michelle and the kids can recover from their last vacations a week ago, while soaking up the sun and the ambiance of the Vineyard.

Of course, the president is back on the links while there. Two rounds in two days so far and more on the planner I am sure. But sadly, swimming may be out of the question right now. That is too bad. We will miss the photo opts of Michelle's style setting swim wear.

And is there any more fitting reality right now? Than for there to be a swimming advisory for Martha's Vineyard? De to un-safe levels of turds in the water?
