The majority of Americans still don't get it

The majority of Americans still don't get it, but we are getting close.

48% See Government Today As A Threat to Individual Rights

Nearly half of American Adults see the government today as a threat to individual rights rather than a protector of those rights.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 48% of Adults see the government today as a threat to rights. Thirty-seven percent (37%) hold the opposite view. Fifteen percent (15%) are undecided.

That's right....according to the prestigious Rasmussen Report, not quite half of Americans see their government as a threat to their individual rights. (48%) And I am of the opinion that the 37% who disagree and don't feel that their government is a threat to their individual rights, account for the lion's share of democrats in this country. Liberals will never accept the fact that individual rights are important, as in their opinion the only important rights are government rights.

But at least the tide is turning and the pendulum is beginning to swing back in the direction of reality. And that reality is that as each day passes under the Obama regime, more and more individual rights are attacked and taken away by this government. The question is, do we have time to save ourselves between now and the 2012 election.
