Controversial Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan condemned the killing of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi on Tuesday, warning that America and other Western powers will soon face severe consequences for their support of the uprising that led to the dictator's death.
I love this Farakan quote on the video: "Ghadaffi died in honor, defending the Libya that he believed in." Hiding in a drain pipe and squealing like a little girl while they prepare to execute you ain't exactly what comes to mind when I think of a a glorified martyr dying a heroes death. But maybe that's just me.
One of the few interesting aspects of Farakan's delusional rants, are his repeated references to and use of the bible to justify his view of the world. On the surface? The "Nation of Islam" are followers of Allah and Islam and they are adherents to the teachings of the great Elijah Mohamed. Therefore, there seems to be an intrinsic difference of beliefs and yet a commingling of the two religions by Louie.
I have often wondered how the real middle eastern Muslims look upon screwy Louie and his version of Islam.
Of course neither Christianity nor Islam speak of mother ships or the big wheel in the sky etc.. These were apparently additions to the Nation's belief system created by their one and only prophet Elijah Mohamed. After he was released from prison of course.
In either event, it is interesting to listen to screwy Louie denouncing Obama and calling him an assassin. Stay tuned, if he seriously pisses the man off? Perhaps there is a 'drone' in his future.
