The cover up continues

Once again the collective forces of the left combined with a pliable media, closes ranks to insure that the cover up of Barack Obama's birth remains a covered up and buried secret.

A privacy law that shields birth certificates has prompted Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Barack Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says.

State Attorney General David Louie told the governor that privacy laws bar him from disclosing an individual's birth documentation without the person's consent, Abercrombie spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said Friday.

"There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document," said Dela Cruz. "Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president."

It relatively simple mr. president, the people of America have a right to know that their president is who he says he is. Never before in the history of this country, has so much effort been placed in concealing the background and history of a sitting American president.

Dan Rather and CBS news went as far as to concoct and forge documentation on George Bush in their pursuit of vilifying the man, yet these same vaunted journalists turn a cold shoulder to looking into the stench coming from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. as it concerns the impostor who resides there.

And yes, as far as I am concerned, anyone who refuses to provide to the American people, reasonable documentation to dispel rumors and reveal the truth is an impostor.

All it takes is for Barack Obama to produce the simple document that the rest of America has absolutely no problem producing. Yet the man continues to refuse and he continues to pay millions to lawyers to keep his secrets secret.

In the law, there are terms known as preponderance and absentia. Simply stated, Barack Obama is convicted by the preponderance of the evidence concerning his birth records and his refusal to produce same. And his hiding behind his supposd right to privacy, while serving as the president of the United States, does not lessen the burden of the evidence.

And absent his providing the documents to dispel all questions and absent his coming forth to address the issue in a forthright manner, the man is convicted in the court of public opinion in absentia.

This story will not go away and American will in all probability never know the truth until he is out of office and the damage of his presidency has been done.
